This doesn't seem to have made any difference, unfortunately. I'm still having exactly the same problem.

I'm currently testing the trial version of table ninja, and everything seems to be working smoothly except for table chat -- I'm unable to type any of the letters that are used as TN hotkeys into chat, and so I have to turn my hotkeys off anytime I want to chat (in the PokerStars' chat box). Additionally, I have the auto-refresh info turned on, and this is causing my table to switch from the chat tab to the info tab, even while I'm typing in chat. Is this supposed to happen?

Yes, I'm using PT3 along with TN. I've tried altering various settings in order to avoid this, but nothing seems to work. It's really annoying and can cause potential misclicks. Any ideas?

In order to prevent confusion I'm reposting the problem.

I am having this same exact problem and it is driving me crazy. I have checked all the necessary settings and themes like 50 times. I am using Hyper Simple Theme with standard cards and a dark gray background. Also using HM. I have emailed the requested files and screen shot.

Nevermind, I figured it out. And I am sure everybody is having the same problem for the same reason. It seems I was changing the background through the Pokerstars client. I also tried to change the Hue and Saturation of one of the "fg" tables in the themes with Paint.net. Which in return changed the colors of the Pot box at the top of the table. I was finally able to change the felt color of the table only, while still making sure that I did not modify the Box for the Pot display or anything else. This ended up working. So you can only modify the color of the table. You cannot modify anything else and you cannot use a different background what so ever, even if it is through the Pokerstars client.

Support for CAP tables please!

Are you using any another security programs that might be blocking your gamepad? If so try uninstalling them and see if the problem remains. Also try switching to "Table in Foreground" mode. If none of this applies please email a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of the table with your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.



If you assign a key to a hotkey it will be disabled for any other purpose when you have a table activated. You'll need to set a "disable hotkeys toggle". For the info tab issue you can disable this by going to TableNinja>Annoyances and unchecking the box marked "Automaticly refresh info tab for tournaments.

Ya, where's the update (even if just a verbal one) on how TN is tackling the CAP games?

We have not announced any intentions to support CAP at this time. We may add support with a future update but its not currently under development and I'm afraid I dont have a timeline for you.

Are the CAP tables so different that it would be a major undertaking to tweak the code to support them?

Can I just ask whether there being no plans to support CAP has anything to do with the developers views on the merits of the CAP game?

Not jumping to conclusions but obviously a lot of people would rather CAP disappeared. If that were the case and the developers have no intention of ever supporting it, i'd rather know that now and search out a different solution.
