i play on sngs 35-45 tables and the hotkeys sometimes doesnt work. sometimes i just go allin for the 5th push or 3rd push fold the cards its laggy on 40 tables. can you help me? tyvm

Are you using a custom table or card theme? If so try testing with one of the built in themes such as classic or hyper-simple. If that doesn't seem to help please email a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware..com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of the table with your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

I am having a issue with my table ninja, I stack 20-30 9 mans and while playing at least once every 30 secs or so it forces my to a table that requires no attention.

It basically life tilts me and makes it impossible to grind long sessions. I also wanted to mention my cycle backward hotkey only works half the time, all the other times it cycles between two tables as if its stuck

I am running vista if that effects it at all..

First try going to TableNinja>General and check the box marked "Fix Cycling Loops". If this doesn't seem to solve the problem also go to TableNinja>Opening/Closing>Tournaments and disable the checkbox marked "Close tournament lobby when tournament opens".

when I was playing today suddenly the F5 button udidn't work anymore. Sometimes I have problems that when I've minimized a table and it pops back up, the table is distorted or something. the fold/call/raise buttons are gone and I used to just hit F5 and it comes back ok.
Only now F5 doesn't work anymore, I've tried to change the user.ini file and added f5redrawtable=1 under options. started stars again but it didn't work. I never had any problems with it. I updated yesterday I think so it might be that.

I just downloaded the trail version and I am trying to use the sit n go opener. I am trying to set it to auto open $4 180 mans and set the filter on poker stars so that this is the only game I see under "sit n go" - "all" tab. Then when I press test it resets my filters to buy in $0 min/max entrants = 2 so the $4 man disappears.

So I am not getting past the test stage but have a sneaking suspicion it is me that is doing something wrong.

Have you checked that the F5 line is still in the .ini file? This hotkey is technically built into Windows and I've never had a report of it failing. My best guess would be that you have PokerStars installed in two places and the .ini your modifying isn't the one thats being used.



Which problem remains? I'm afraid the "close tournament lobby" feature of TableNinja is the only feature thats been reported to cause focus steals. Are you using any other poker software? Try disabling all except Stars and TableNinja and see if the problem remains.



The only exception to the "never sit out" feature is that it will only trigger if you have already played one hand at the table. Does this explain the problem?

I'm afraid this isn't possible with the current version of TableNinja. I'll be happy to pass the suggestion on to the developers. In the meantime Hold'em Manager has an "M" stat for the HUD.


This is caused by inconsistant behavior with the Stars SnG filters. To fix it you will need to delete your filter and create a new one. Once you have a filter saved thats applied correctly the problem shouldn't return.

No this problem occured mid 25 table session when i weas alerrted by a fellow regular that I was sitting out in one particular tourny. I had to go manulally to sit back in. How is that possible with table ninja running?

will the auto time bank work for CAP games on Stars?

CAP games are unsupported at this time. We may add support for them in the future but I don't have an ETA for you.

I'm having an issue with running PT3 alongside Table Ninja/Xpadder and I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and/or can offer me some advice.

In short, everything runs fine in conjunction with each other until I start to import hands on PT3, shortly after which the shortcut buttons on my controller stop working completely. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem (Win 7). I tried with Fix cycling loops and disabling the Close tournament lobby when tournament opens, but nothing works. Please help.

Also, is it possible to set the postflop pot bet percentage for AFTER someone has already bet in the pot? Afaik %pot default on flop/turn/river only work when I bet out, and 3bet % of pot (used when reraising) only works preflop. For example, how can I bet 100% of an existing pot on the flop after someone has already made a bet?

Just a quick update on this after some more fiddling around: the problem is occuring specifically when the PT3 HUD kicks in. Also, it's only affecting my gamepad inputs as using the keyboard hotkeys still seem to work fine. Can anyone shed any light on why this might be?

The close tournament lobby feature is the only feature of TableNinja ever reported to cause a focus steal. I have had reports of focus steals with almost every other piece of poker software though. Are you using anything else while you play? For the other question the 3bet% will work on every street.

Hi, I often use tableninja on sundays where I play the weekly stud. Ninja works fine with stud and other mixed games in tournament format but automatically double bets when possible. Any way to fix this? It's usually correct to do so anyway but the times it's not it's really painful.

TableNinjaFT doesn't support stud which is causing the problem. I'm unable to get a game going at the momnet to test but I'll pass the information on to the developers. Thanks for letting me know.

Just to clarify, this is for pokerstars, not full tilt. I realise it doesn't support stud but it does work with the tables, which causes me to use it as I'll have plenty of NLHE tables open.
