Master999

If youre using xpadder, you need to run it as adminstrator. Right click on the icon and select "run as administrator" That fixed it for me.

PStars updated in the last day or so. Since then they have added a new feature to "Sit out next big blind".

This is causing problems with TN as it keeps checking this box.

It looks as if it's clicking "Sit out next big blind" instead of "Auto post blinds".

Can anyone else confirm this?

Okay ... so turns out I needed to update. And my 12 months free updates was over :/

Soo unlucky with TN. I bought it 12 hours after you guys removed the introductory price, and now += $3. All good though.

Any chance to be able to get my previous feature request of "Automatically switch to Notes tab" bumped in priority? I know it's only minor, but annoying

I am having a problem with TN after Stars' update. It seems to click the "Sit Out Next Hand" box after posting the BB, and the sit out next BB hotkey clicks the "Sit Out Next Hand" box. This is all screwed up. Please help; I woke up early and was going to get a jump start on my day, but now I can't play. AAAGGHH!!!

I'm afraid I don't have a development timeline for that feature. It definately a workable one though. I'll make sure to pass it along to the developers.

It sounds like your copy of TableNinja or PokerStars is out of date. Go to C:/Program Files/PokerStars and run the file marked "PokerStarsUpdade.exe"'. Do you have lifetime updates for TableNinja? You can purchase a renewal here:

http://tableninja.com/purchaserenewal.php

Without updating you will need to disable "Never Sit out" and "Auto post blinds".

When I try to set a size and location for hotkey table control I get an unhandled exception error message.

I am having trouble using the hotkeys in Tableninja. I'm on Vista x64 and tiling only 6 tables. There seems to be a bit of a delay between pressing a hotkey and the action happening on screen. Sometimes there is no response and I have to click again which is obviously not very good.

I have table under mouse checked and use mouse hotkeys

1) Uninstall your current version with this tool: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/dot...eanup_tool.zip

2) Download and install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...tfx35setup.exe

If your still having trouble after please PM me your skype or other messenger contact info.

It sounds like there is a configuration error of some sort but I'll need to look through your logs to be sure. Please make a new thread here:

Thanks for considering
Thinking back, I didn't really express this well at the time, I just typed out some random words.

So, I'm playing 180mans and mainly what I want to do is this. When I get near to a bunch of FTs with decent stack I want to stop the SNG Sensei from regging me into new games (some of the existing games will continue to die naturally) and I can focus more on the tables where the money is really at stake.

Also I want to be able to turn it off just before the synch breaks and back on again when I get back so that I don't join a game which starts during my precious five minute break. The "run for ??? minutes" feature is probably more suitable for STT players than MTTSNGs. It doesn't really quite work for this as game loading speed varies hour to hour so I tend to judge the cut off time by looking at the lobby. So a one button toggle to switch the SNG opener on and off would be good. I think this is what I meant really. Don't really need to see the TN interface if there's a toggle. I expect many other SNG players do very similar things.

Thanks

Did some searching but couldn't find an up to date answer, is it possible to make TN compatible with the slick dark theme on Stars?

Its possible I'm misunderstanding the question but doesn't the "Start"/"Stop" button do this?

Black theme support is something we are working on adding, but currently there is no way to use the black theme with TN.

Unfortunately there is not and we have no immediate plans to support the slick dark theme.

Just after I started a session of SNGs earlier, I got a pop-up from Windows telling me that TN had stopped working and asking if I wanted to close the program. Since I only got this popup after I had registered for my allotted number of SNGs and since it still seemed to be taking me to the tables I needed to act on (I play stacked), I left it open.

Although TN still highlighted the tables I needed to act on it didnt close tables I busted from which seems to be the only thing it stopped doing.

Any ideas or suggestions? I dont want to start another session tonight if theres a risk it might stop while I got a ton of tables open and I time out on them.

I've gone down to 5NL and playing on 'normal speed' tables with a max buy in of 250 bb ($12.50). I have TN set to "Buy in for # bb = 100".

However, it still keeps buying in for the full 250bb (I had it set previously to '100% max').

Is this a known bug? How do I get around this?

Hey guys,

The PokerStars update this morning has caused a few problems, most of which are minor. The main issue to be aware of is that in the black lobby the SnGO will not run and will tell you to switch to the Sit and Go tab even if you are already on it. If you switch into the classic lobby view things should work smoothly.

We are working on an update to fix this issue (and another minor issue) and we'll get that out to you guys asap.

Moving on to the questions.

This is definitely not a known issue and I have no idea what could have caused it. If you can email support@alxsoftware.com and include your TNLog_2010-10-12 file from your TableNinja install directory that should give us a clue as to what might have happened and hopefully we figure out a solution.

I can't reproduce this on my machine, at 5NL with a 100BB buy in it buys in for $5. Are you sure you don't have it on 100% of the max by accident? If you cannot figure out what is causing the issue a work around would be to buy in for 40% of the max and that should work.

Thanks guys,

Tarath

IF you're wondering how this has affected the 1.2.44 version, well things started off normal then my mouse cursor started freezing momentarily then 5 mins later all of tn failed completely, auto all-in, table scrolling, the lot!

Hey guys,

There actually are a few more issues with the SnGO that will cause it not to scroll down the list of tournaments properly. We're working on these as we speak.

The 1.2.44.0 version is definitely not compatible with any of the last 2-3 versions of Stars so I would not recommend that anyone use it with any of the newer versions of Stars, unless you have thoroughly tested things at play money and made sure that your particular configuration works.

Well, yeah it does, but when TN is minimised to the tray it involves reaching over to my mouse, finding the tiny little TN icon, and bringing it up over the top of my full-screen single stack of tables while I hunt for the correct tab and find the start/stop button. Most of the time action on a table pops it in front of TN, which means I then click on TN on the task bar, but that minimises it again instead of bringing it to the front, and it feels like I go through this silly loop two or three times every break before I get to actually stop it. I know it's not a huge deal, but a one-button on/off toggle for this would be pretty sweet.
