The sever is up and running and everything appears to be fine on our end. Please Give this a try:

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.

2) Uncheck every box in the new window that appears and click ok.

3) Try to register Hold'em Manager again.

The scroll whell betsizing doesn't work in the pokerstars euro games. The bet size in the box is correctly populated but as soon as I try to adjust the size using the wheel it messes up.

It gets populated with random stuff even words (I tihnk player names)

I haven't changed a single setting, everything is set-up correctly in PS / TN as well.

Really annoying and having to hotkey back to the most recent window gets annoying after a while.

Nothing has changed regarding TableNinja and "focus stealing". Once PokerStars corrected thier "bug" we disabled the TableNinja fix completely. There are no controls in Ninja that will "steal" focus. There are options that allow you to manually activate a table but none of them will automatically target tables or specifically target new tournaments. Try going to PokerStars>Options>Advanced Multi-Table Options and remove the check by "New tournaments steal focus". Also make sure your using the latest version of HM as all HUD focus stealing issues have been resolved. You can find it here:

It sounds like you have a major configuration error of some sort. Please make a new thread here:

I'll go through your logs and find the conflict.

Those selections now "toggle" when you hit them. So if you were going to sit out on ONE table and it was selected, then you hit your hot key to sit out on ALL tables, it sits you back in on the first mentioned table. And guess what - if you were sitting out already and it sits you back in, you end up posting dead blinds because "auto post blinds" is never unselected.

I can't be the only one having these problems (?)

So far this has been happening when you combine an old version of Stars with a new version of TableNinja. Do you have lifetime updates? If so go to C:/Program Files/PokerStars and run the file marked "PokerStarsUpdate.exe". If not you will need to either puurchase a renewal or disable "Never sit out" and "Auto click the timebank". You can find renewal information here:

You can add as many SnG as you like to one filter. The Sensei will register for any tournaments in the list. As long as you can use the Stars filters to isolate the games you want in one list you can put them all in one filter.

Do you have PokerStars installed in English? Do you have your regional settings and Windows langues to English(US)? I've not had any reports of this so far but will try to reproduce the problem.

All languages are set to english but maybe UK english. Will this make a difference?

edit: I just tried shutting down TN and PS and trying again and it seems to work fine now. weird

A few days ago when I was having the problem I did steps 1 and 2 and it worked and let me open TN.
Ever since then tho every time I close out PS,HM and TN and want to reload them I cant open TN again. So I have to go back and do steps 1 and 2 again then I can load it.

Why is this happening everytime all the sudden? Also I dont know if it is a coincidence or not but since all this started happening, the last few days my internet has been crawling slow for hours at a time.
Is all this connected somehow? Any ideas? Thanks.

Table Ninja is checking registration online when I boot it up. Fine, this is kind of shady software protection, but I understand you want to protect your product.

However, when your servers aren't up, we can't use TN at all. Fix your servers please!

Its hard to say as its definately a thrid party program thats enabling the feature. Usually its either Windows update, your antivirus, or your firewall that does this. I'm afraid I have no idea what your using or where the setting might be though. The easiest way to test would likely be to remove the third party security programs one at a time and test. If you figure out which one it is I may be able to download and reproduce which will make it much easier to solve.

We haven't had a server outage in several months. If your unable to connect the problem is likely local to your machine. Please give this a try:

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.

2) Uncheck every box in the new window that appears and click ok.

I fixed it. For whatever reason, my network adapter within the VM died and it was unable to create new connections - I was connected to Stars fine, and in my main machine I was able to connect to tableninja.com fine, I just wasn't able to do it with TN in the VM.

I apologize for the wrath implied in my post, but I do stand by my statement. I don't really like that it needs to check the key every time.

The "Fix Cycling Loops" option is dimmed out for me. I cannot put a check in the box. Is this a known issue or an isolated one on my part? I'm using 1.2.71.0.

The server is definately running so the connection must be blocked by either you security programs or your router. First reboot the pc to make sure its not temporary. If that doesn't work try removing and reinstalling your security programs or reseting your router.

Are you using XP? If so the option is greyed out because the problem it fixes should only be able to occur in Aero based themes and doesn't apply to XP.

Yes, I am on XP. I thought I was experiencing the cycling problem but I guess it was just my imagination if the problem is specific to Aero. Maybe I had too many tables opened and couldn't tell if it was cycling right or wrong.

Thanks for the clarification.

I've just got a brand new computer and am having serious problems with TN. I am playing 24 tables tiled over two monitors and the response time for TN is terrible. I use 'table under mouse' and 'bring to foreground' control mode and it takes a full second or so for the table to actually come to the front when I hover my mouse over it, and then when I click my hotkey mouse buttons for bet/raise/check etc or use the scroll wheel, it doesn't register for another few seconds and I often have to click 2-3 times for it to register the click. I have frames disabled, CPU usage seems to be low and everything else runs perfectly. I only have Stars, TN and PT3 (db housekeeping been done) running, and the weird thing is that when I started my first session on the new computer last night, it ran absolutely perfectly with instant response time for an hour or two before it started to slow down and it got progressively worse and today it is almost unusable. It also doesn't make much of a difference if I drop to say 8-10 tables. I have also just noticed that when I am clicking say the 'fold' button on my mouse, the button on the screen sometimes highlights for a split second as though I had held my pointer over it but not clicked.

After having a good search around it seems like Microsoft Security/AVG were causing my problem. I put TN on the excluded list and everything seems fine after a quick 12 table test. Will be playing a long 24 table session later so will report back if I still have problems.

My hotkeys worked pre update and now they don't work. I've wasted 2 hours of my life, followed all of the instructions I could find. What do I need to do to fix this? I'm using Full Tilt

Has the auto-buyin feature stopped working for anyone else?

This started happening mid way through my session. Everytime a table I'm waitlisted for becomes available, the 'seat available' dialogue box pops up and I have to handle it manually.

Forgot to mention I'm using the hypersimple theme and under the 'Opening/Closing' tab I have the following checked:

- Automatically take a seat
- Automatically handle buyin popup
- Automatically accept waitlist seats

I keep getting this dialogue everytime it tries to open a waitlisted table and I'm having to handle it manually, this only started happening in the middle of my morning session, I didn't change any settings.

The pre-update SnG closer problems have been resolved as far as I can tell. Have you closed TableNinjaFT and re-opened? This will force the program to update. If so please remove/reinsatll Full Tilt. I've come across a few copies that didn't update properly and had to be removed manually. If this doesn't work please PM me your skype or other messenger contact info. I'll take a look over teamviewer as soon as I can.

Never had this problem before, only been occuring within the past few weeks/month or so. Every once in awhile I get a table in my stack where ninja has made some absurd move for me, min3bet, call with 72o, place a random bet amt etc. I'm not 100% on this, but it only seems to happen when I use my hotkey to send tables back into my stack. Has happened to both the table I send back to the stack and other tables within the stack. Also have the occasional table pop up from the mid of my stack while I'm making a decision, seems to happen a lot when the turn card comes which makes 0 sense to me. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

This is not a standered problem and its difficult to be sure whats causing it. Are you using custom table or card theme? Have you ran the PokerStars Update utility recently? You can find it in C:/Program Files>PokerStars. Its marked "PokerStarsUpdate.exe". Have you checked to make sure the HUD isn't covering any covering any table elements at all the sizes? Are you using XP? If none of this applies please make a new thread here:

http://tnforums.tableninja.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2

I'll look through your logs and try to find the cause.
