lol, ive been going crazy the last hour trying to figure out why my TableNinja wouldn't start. Downloaded latest HM patch, restarted comp, vacuum'd database, uninstalled and tried to reinstall TN.

Glad to see its not a problem on my end i guess

Just to give you guys an update, I am communicating with our hosting service and doing everything I can to get this fixed. Its 2AM in the US which makes it a bit tougher than usual.

How can i set 4 5 button ? I want set one for fold, but tableninja seems don't work with this 2 buttons?

can you please explain why all the settings with my tableninja client seem to have completely vanished?

and i mean literally all of them. call/fold/bet buttons, pot sizing, setup settings, sit'n'go sensei stuff, everything.

why on earth would my settings have vanished due to some sort of 'server' problem or whatever you were talking about earlier?

and more importantly, why would any problem on your end be able to manipulate/see any of my own personal settings? i thought the only reason tableninja had a constant connection once opened was to be able to validate the key and see if an update is needed - why are all my settings completely erased now due to this?

thankfully i'm just a low-stakes player... but wow. maybe i'm just paranoid.

so please just let me know if i have to configure my tableninja settings again, or if for some weird reason your server isn't allowing me to ummm... load my personal settings. heh.

edit: if this is due to something crazy happening with my own system (which may be the case, although no crashes/attacks have happened afaik) then i apologize in advance. i think you'd understand why i'd be a bit worried about this.

hmm, i just attempted to configure the program again - and i'm unable to save any settings at all. errors occur, and it shuts down.

i think i'll just not play poker today and hope that these issues are all sorted out by tomorrow, or monday.

Tarath - I'm finding quite often that TN does not recognise my hotkey actions and that I have to press the hotkeys twice on some tables. This seems to be true especially when I run ToI, whether I'm folding (table stays in stack) or not (table moves to grid). Any ideas?

Does TN show Mzone, as it does with BB's? If so, please lemme know how to do it! Thanks a bunch!

TableNinja should detect the Xbuttons, but I'm not actually sure how the razor program that you're running converts them. With a standard 5 button mouse TN will let you assign hotkeys to the middle, right, and both thumb buttons.

It looks like right now you have button 4 and 5 assign to do the same thing as left click. Set them up in the razor program to do something unique and then things should work.

This is definitely not related to the server incident last night. Your configuration has absolutely nothing to do with the server and no one else has reported any kind of problem like this so something strange is happening on your machine and we'll need to figure out what the problem is and help you get it fixed.

I've never heard of a problem like this before so I am a bit baffled.

When you say "errors occur" could you be more specific? What do the errors say?

I would recommend going to your TableNinja install directory (C:\Program Files\TableNinja) and deleting your TNConfigAutoLoad.txt file and then running the program and setting it up from scratch. If that doesn't work please email me at support@alxsoftware.com and I'll try and help you out personally.

Hmm, is there any lag when you're playing. My only thought is that the table might not be completely targeted when you use the hotkey the first time. Does the problem still happen if you wait a second or two before pressing the hotkey?

The only other people to report problems like this have all been or slow machines or had lag issues.

Unfortunately it does not do this yet :/

I have just recently used table ninja and never found anything with the following option. I was wondering if I was missing something or if it's just not a feature that people want.

I was wondering if there was an option for fast tables that would automatically check the sit out next blind box when the number of players at the table drops below a certain number (that only counts the players at the table not sitting out). When I multitable I often will come to realize that a table that was near full has dropped down to 3-4 active players and I'm getting blinded to death.

So you never have to worry about or manage tables that are getting short handed...

I hope this would be easy...

New tab in TN, "Table Management", where you get to select the game type as you would in Stars Lobby, 10nl, 9 seats, 50bb max, etc. Then a selector for how many tables you want TN to open, seat you at and maintain you in, say 12. You can set how many empty seats, say 2 or less, and(this is key) have options to sit you out on bb of any table that drops below 6 players, auto close after you sit out and open a new table automatically to maintain your set number of tables at 12.

If there are no tables available with at least 6 players then TN should auto put you on the wait list.

n/m tarath, seems that all i had to do was go into settings and change my language to english... for some strange reason, having no problem at all saving my config.

When is the update where auto refresh info tab wont happen at the current table?????????????????????????? Dont mean to sound like a dick but your **** is costing me money and im close to uninstalling it.

Have any of you guys used the techno theme with tableninja, if so have you had any issues?

This would be a pretty major undertaking but would also be very awesome There would be a lot of programming to be done so I don't think it will happen soon.

Great glad to hear it, that was a very odd bug, but my guess is your config file just got messed up some how.

I don't know of anyone who has tried. You could give it a shot at play money and see how it goes, but make sure and test everything very carefully.

The update is in testing, but it actually only turns of the info tab refresh when the notes tab is visible, it does not turn it off at the active table. Once our beta testers give it the OK we'll release it to the public.

I'm a bit confused by your issue. Can't you just not use the info tab refresh feature and be at least as well off as you would without TableNinja? Maybe I'm not understanding the problem, but it seems like if the info tab refresh is making it difficult for you to take notes, just disabling it is a much simpler solution than uninstalling the whole program, unless that's all you use the program for.

Just to make sure I'm not missing anything, there is no bug your experiencing with the info tab refresh right? It just refreshes the info tab every 5 seconds as it says in the description?
