Have a little problem with Blinds feature after this morning Stars update...
"Sit out next blind or auto-post blinds" and "Sit out next BIG blind all tables" keys not working.

It looks to me that Stars moved the 'Sit out next Blind' Boxes, or changed the size of thm or something.

I'm guessing that TN is trying to check the box where they used to be on the screen.

If you are sitting out at all your tables, the "Sit out next hand all tables" hotkey will sit you back in. Press it once before you go to the bathroom to sit out and press it again when you get back to sit back in.



This is not a known problem, when you say it doesn't work what exactly do you mean? Does it just do nothing or does it put in the wrong amount?

If you download the latest version (1.2.23.0) there is an option on the "General tab" to disable the pot box is covered warning. For some people this warning can appear incorrectly so we added that option.

SFCellman is exactly right. They moved the location of the Auto Post Blinds and Sit out next blind check boxes and that is the cause of the problem. We should have a fix out for this within a few days.

As a temporary solution while you're waiting for the update you can revert Stars to the previous version.

To revert PokerStars go to your stars install directory and open the "backup folder. By default this is in "C:\Program Files\Pokerstars\backup". Not everyone will have a backup directory, but if it exists you can revert to the previous version of Pokerstars until we release an update to TableNinja. Copy the files from the backup directory into the C:\Program Files\Pokerstars directory and then run the Pokerstars.exe directly from your PokerStars install directory (DO NOT USE YOUR DESKTOP SHORTCUT). This will allow you to temporarily run the old version of Stars.

Do any of you guys know if they moved the check box for a reason? Is there some new check box that appears below the auto post check box in some game types? I cannot find one, but it seems unlikely that they moved the auto post blinds check box up for no reason. If anyone has any information on this please let me know.

I've determined that Stars moved the auto post blind and sit out next blind checkboxes up to make room for their new auto-rebuy check boxes that they added for rebuy tournaments.

If anyone notices any changes aside from the check box locations please let me know.

Copied "Pokerstars.exe" in Pokerstars backup folder>paste on "C:\Program Files\Pokerstars" creating a folder call "PokerStars(2).exe">double click "PokerStars(2).exe" opens Pokerstars but TN not working at all....TN would not take seat, buy in,...non of the hotkeys work.
Appreciate it you can look into it.

You can't name it PokerStars(2).exe you have to actually remove the existing PokerStars.exe file and replace it with the version in the backup folder.

They look the same before and after but the "Sit out next hand all tables" works tho.

i got a problem with the set table aside feature
sometimes i get a weird buggy tables where i automatically bet then
it looks like this

I've had that problem before when running a lot of tables+tn+hem when my computer wasn't up to it. Didn't have enough processing power left over to redraw the tables effectively.

The open 'maximum number of tables' from the waitlist menu for cash games isn't working for me. I've set the maximum to 12 and ticked the check box but it still opens more and more tables beyond this.

Sometimes I just see the default Stars amount, which would be a minraise, but sometimes it puts random numbers in, such as 9 big blinds or 76.35 big blinds or whatever.

And I will download the latest version to take care of this "don't cover this" warning, thank you. Hopefully it'll magically take care of the betsize problems too!

We've released TableNinja Version 1.2.24.0 which contains an important fix for the latest PokerStars update.

We've got a new version of which should just fix the problem so relaunch TableNinja to trigger the auto update and then update Stars and everything should work.

As Digit said this can happen, particularly on slower machines. We have built in a work around for this issue. On the general tab there is a "Refresh resized windows with f5" option. You'll need to turn that option on and then follow the instructions regarding that feature here: http://tableninja.com/itembyitemdoc.php?tab=General.

Once you do that everything should work smoothly.

If the update doesn't fix things for you then I'd recommend making a post of the TN forums asking for help. One of our moderators will be able to take a look at your exact settings and figure out what's causing the problem and hopefully help you get things working.

does the slick theme work with table ninja?

Suggestion:

On the Annoyances tab under automatic... make it so we can set the time interval for the Info Tab refreshes during tournaments. I love this feature, but man does it refresh often... I'd like to be able to set it to refresh like every 1min or 5mins, as it is the default seems to be every 5secs or 10secs... it does it so often it's like my whole monitor is flashing.

Another suggestion:

I play cash games and also sngs. How about master setting tabs for both. Keep all the current tabs just 2 sets one under each master tab. Not sure how you guys have it coded, but I don't think it would be that hard to do. So you can just open TN and select "cash" or "sng/tourney" and enable all those diff settings. (mainly obviously bet sizing and whatnot, which are usually very diff)

Can the program discern between a cash game table and a tourney table? If so you could just enable them all at the same time, but I would think that would be much harder to code.

Just some thoughts!

Hi Tarath,

I have the SNG sensei registering tables for me and I have Table Under Mouse checked. Today I tried checking "Bring to foreground" and it helps my setup a lot. Unfortunately, it makes the PS lobby spaz out a bit in the registering process and it constantly flickers the message "You are already registered to this tournament" until I move the mouse over the message and then it's fine until the next cycle.

TN updated for me today, and when I clicked the sit out BB at all tables, it said that it is working on 4 tables (I had 24 open), and the rest didn't click the Sit Out BB. I had to manually go through all tables and click sit out. Wasn't your update supposed to fix this?

This is definitely something we can do in the future.

Hmm, I haven't thought about trying to organize things this way as it seems like there are a lot of features that are the same for both. As our program has grown the UI has gotten more and more complex though so simplifying it would definitely be valuable, I'll think on it. Thanks for the feedback!

Unfortunately depending on machine speed, the bring to foreground option for Table Under Mouse can make it difficult for TableNinja to close popups. Putting your mouse anywhere that is not over a table should let TN close the popups.

The update definitely was designed to fix an issue related to the blind check boxes being moved, and you're the only person so far to report a problem with the fix.

All we did was change the locations that were being clicked, nothing in the logic changed, so it should either work at all your tables or none of them.

I assume you have the latest version of stars (you didn't revert or something?)

If you're running the latest version of Stars and the problem persists we'll need to investigate this in more depth so you'll need to email support@alxsoftware.com with a screen shot of a table where you did NOT get sat out properly as well as your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad file.

Thanks. FWIW, the Stars Hotkeys AHK script has a similar function and I tried running it and was able to get around it.

So only 3 table themes work w/ table ninja? Either classic or hyper simple or no images? I don't know what tiltbuster is or tiltbuster, no images

So when I type in my saved game in the sitngo sensei, click test, it automatically pops up double or nothing 3.20, which to my knowledge doesnt even exist. Anyways if i manually go to sitngo filter and type in the game i want, it will load up a few, then after a few seconds, it switches back to the double or nothing 3.20. Help me please!?! I guess I should also state that its been doing this for 2 days, didnt do it before that.
