We've had 2 people with connection problems today, but we've also had thousands of people connecting to our site and running the programs with no problems so I'm not sure what to suggest.

There may just be an internet outage between our server and you. A few months ago there was a day where my town couldn't connect to gmail for a day.

If the problem doesn't go away in 24 hours definitely let me know.

If you're stacking in a non-aero theme and acting very quickly at each table, such that windows does not have time to redraw the tables in between actions (or if you're on a very slow machine), its possible that if there was a table with the check button visible and the table right below it had a call button that what you're describing could occur. I've never heard of this problem from anyone else, so it seems very unlikely, but I can't rule it out as a possibility.

I would recommend using the click buttons by location hotkeys to click the left, middle, and right action buttons, instead of the bet/call/check/fold hotkeys.

The left button hotkey will always click the left button, even when folding is free, so it will be impossible for what you're describing to ever occur. You'll want to go to the annoyances tab and make sure the "Click 'check' on 'Checking is free' popup" feature is turned on.

Is there anyway on Stars to prevent a new table from popping up w/ out disabling pop feature under advance multi-table features?

Unfortunately not.

We could theoretically instantly move the tables out of the foreground after they pop up, but this ends up being flashy and unreliable.

And what's the point? There is possibility of using AlwaysOnTop setting but there are some troubles with it as well.

Just bought the program and had the same problem when I opened it today. Only got to use it once before encountering my first problem.

got it back up and running after reinstalling a couple of times.. pretty sure I changed nothing else.. so, not sure what caused it in the first place

saw few guys using FTP TN complaining as well..

I am able to use TN again. I uninstalled tableninja, deleted the folder where it was installed and installed again. And now software and website works fine. ..

(I got a friend of mine to download and email me the software <- not that its a significant info.:P )

Occasionally TableNinja doesn't click the post big blind/auto post bb on a normal speed table and I have to click it myself, when this happens it automatically clicks "call" for me the next time that table pops up leading to me calling raises in the big blind that I don't want to or open limping if it's a new table and I'm not in the bb. I mostly play limit if that matters, is this a known issue? Other than that it does everything flawlessly.

Hey, don't know if anyone's said this yet but this is the only thing that I hate about your software -

I always have my "Instant Refresh Info" tab ticked and it's so helpful, but the timing of every 5 seconds is just wrong.. I'm runnin 16+ tables and it's already hard enough for me to take notes on people as it is, but this makes it virtually impossible, just to make a note is a complete fiasco now and I swear this literally costs me money by tilting me so hard. So what I'm asking is, could you either

A - make it refresh every 20-30 seconds
or B - make it so you can put in yourself how often you want it to refresh.

Its just great, but one question guys, can i somehow adjust my openraise sizing from SB to 3.5BB?
And MB adjust some PF raise sizing UTG(HJ)/CO/BNT/SB?

This is not a known issue, but it sounds like something with the "Automatically Handle Big Blind Annoyances" feature is malfunctioning and TN is clicking the call button because it thinks it should be clicking wait for big blind. Are you using placement or doing anything that might resize your tables?

We are working on making it so that when you are viewing the notes tab the info tab refresh turns off, and then automatically turns back on when you switch away from the notes tab.

In the mean time, the disable hotkeys toggle turns the info tab refresh off temporarily so that you can take notes.

Unfortunately there is not a way to change your bet size based on your position at the table.

Nope, not running anything else. Just Stars, HEM and TableNinja. Doesn't happen all that often, maybe twice a day but it's a bit annoying when it coldcalls a 3bet with trash.

I mentioned this earlier, and I would just like to follow up that I would REALLY love to see you add a feature that "disables' the Auto-Join table feature. When I am closing down for a session, and I hit my "Sit out BB at all tables", but some waitlists are still open and a table opens and sits me down it sometimes makes me play another round or two at the new table if I don't notice it in time.

i am a Mac OS X user in dire need of a program that combines the best features of Table Ninja and Poker Shortcuts, along with any missing features!

what will it take for you to develop a Mac version of your program? i am looking for a software developer who can produce this program for me as i do not believe that a single usable program for the Mac exists.

I can't turn "Jump mouse to cycled tables" off for some reason. It always jumps to the table whether I have the box checked or not. Is it just me?

Hopefully this month, but I can't make any promises at this point.

I would definitely turn off the "Handle BB Annoyances" feature until we figure this out. Are you stacking in XP or a non-Aero theme in vista/win7? Can you email support@alxsoftware.com with a screen shot of your table when the "Wait for BB" button is visible?

An option to toggle the waitlist handling on/off with a hotkey and/or link it to the Sit out BB at all tables hotkey is definitely on my list.

Unfortunately making TN work on a mac would be a huge project and basically involve starting from scratch, I'm sorry.

Are you in table under mouse? If so then we force the mouse to jump to cycled tables. If you are always targetting the table under your cursor, then for your target table to change the cursor has to jump to that table so this is the only way the cycling can work in table under mouse. Hopefully this makes sense.

If its not working in Table in Foreground or Manually Cycled/Clicked let me know,

Not really an option, only use TableNinja for that and automatically opening the tables:P. Reckon I've got it though, if TN doesn't click it for me I usually just tick the "auto post blinds" button which posts the blind (but then TN is waiting to click a button and clicks "call" when it comes up. If I click "Post BB" then click the "auto post blinds" box then it seems fine and TN doesn't click anything it shouldn't. I ticked the box out of habit once tonight and it called the next hand for me so I reckon that's what it was.

+1, If you dont have a pissbottle and walk on toilet for a minute, then you come back and sits out on 24 tbl´s.. It will be very helpfull!

I downloaded the latest version, and for some reason when I click "automatically handle big blind annoyances", it only handles 1/2 of the equation. It auto-waits for the BB, but doesn't auto-post when it's my turn to act. I'm running windows 7. Anyone else having this problem?

edit: I switched to the windows classic (non aero) theme and now it seems to work. How can I get it to work with aero themes?

Recently on some tables the default pre-flop bet sizes do not work, but only under the gun, it seems (6 max by the way). Is that a known problem?

Also table ninja warns me quite often lately that I have to keep the "total pot" area clear or whatever (with a red square that appears around the area), when in fact nothing is blocking it (I play stacked).

I am at work, so can't check it out but there is an option setting somewhere to turn that alert off.
