But what i still would like to see , in the future i mean, is a TN compatible table theme where the stacksize figures are in black color. All those who are compatible now are in white which requires far more focus to read properly when multitabling, just a tip ;-)

An issue that arises for me fairly regularly (not sure if its been posted here yet) is when TN seems to miss out on the very first SNG i register for. Its annoying when I have it set to register for a specific number of tables so I can tile them comfortably. This extra SNG then messes things up for me.

Also, my other issue which I was in email contact with you over is still not fully resolved but I'll let you know the final outcome on that too. This is just a public thanks for the help

I have the same problem. My laptop that I had it on broke down and I bought a new comp. I couldn't find an email to send them to get the new code and deactivate the old code. Did you manage to find one or find a way to get in contact with them?

Hmm, I have not heard of this issue before but it sounds possible. I've put it on my list and will definitely try and reproduce it. Is there a lot of lag when you play?

Unfortunately TN works with Windows at a very low level and making it work on the Mac OS would basically involve starting from scratch :/

I think I could definitely do this at some point when I have a bit of extra time.

Making videos has really paid off in the past so I'll try and set aside some time for a SNG betting tutorial.

Can you try increasing your "Search Wait" to 5 seconds and seeing if that helps? It sounds like this is probably a lag issue so waiting a few extra seconds might make a difference here.

There is no noticeable lag now. Months ago there was but I think everybody experienced that during the peak times on Stars.

I'm having poker tracker hud problems with table ninja. It is of note that I am stacking using hotkeys to position the tables. The hud works without ninja, however, I have to shrink my tables all the way to get the hud to appear, and even then it's sporadic.

Is this a known issue? Any workarounds?

Also, I don't suppose you're looking for any programmers?

Hmm, are you in the Windows classic theme? There are some issues in classic where PT3 doesn't always bring its HUD to the foreground like it should. If you disable frames in TableNinja on the Table Control tab does that fix the issue?

Its very strange that table size plays a roll.

Congrats on teaming up with HEM! Best two poker tools for sure.

I am currently testing TableNinja, and so far I really like it.

I only have one problem. I play s&g in sets. And at some point the table buttons of stars do not appear even if it is my turn. Once I move my mouse over it, they do appear for a short while. The same with cards and whatever.
My workaround fix at the moment is select another table layout template from stars, and reselect to the layout template I like to use. Usually this solves the problem as it refreshes the tables again. Sometimes I have to do this twice.

This never happens during my first set. If it happens, it is while I'm still registering for new tourneys and usually it happens during the last few tourneys I have to register for.

I use Tableninja only in combination with HM.

Any idea?
If I can fix this, I will certainly purchase.

I've been using Table Ninja for a couple of days now and I think it's a very useful tool for multitabling. I usually multitable between 12-20 tables.

But I'm having a problem with the "cycle to first in line table" hotkey. Every time I'm facing a reraise or someone raises my blinds, the program won't cycle to this table with the "cycle to first in line table" hotkey. In any other situation it works fine. It's only when I'm facing a reraise or when I'm in the blinds. This is very annoying and affects my winrate. Are more of you experiencing this problem? Does anyone know how this problem can be fixed?

Hmm, generally graphics glitches in Stars like this are performance related. Especially given that its only happening near the end of your session, my guess is that Stars is running low on memory, and that between Stars, TN and HM your system resources are being used up.

Disabling the frames in TN on the Table Control tab will reduce the resource usage a bit and might help. Also closing any unnecessary programs will help also. Unfortunately, beyond reducing system resource usage or upgrading your graphics card/RAM there may not be a lot you can do. Sorry :/

To verify that its a resource issue I'd try opening the task manager and seeing if your memory usage (or possibly cpu usage) increases throughout the session.

TableNinja will still be available as a stand alone program and all users will still be able to use TableNinja both as a stand alone and in conjunction with HEM with their existing license. No one will have to pay again or anything like that

The only change for you as an existing user, is that if you use HEM you can now decide to have TN automatically launch when you click the "Start auto import" button in HEM to launch your HUD.

Oh sick sounds like I need to update HEM. As stated above I have this problem. I haven't played in around a month and I would 24 table flawlessly, with HEM and an xbox controller using JoytoKey.

I just opened everything today exactly the same except with the forced update of TN, I started a set and as tables opened up and it got to around 14-16 the tables all froze and there were parts showing from different screens all kind of pieced together even though action is going on and stuff. There was a box from table ninja that said "do not cover this" or something along those lines, I thought it was just my computer or something. I started it up again a couple hours later, same thing, when i went into processes and closed table ninja everything instantly worked. Kind of disappointing this seems to have happened with the new update, I 24 tabled with this for a good amount of time and never had a problem other than the mild lag which i believe Was on pokerstars end.

We've had 2 other reports of a similar issue over the last 3 months or so, where after X tables things would become non-responsive with TN. My guess is that this is due to a system resource usage problem. With HM, TN and 14 poker tables your using a fair amount of memory and cpu.

Obviously we have hundreds and hundreds of people playing more than 14 SnGs at a time (I recently spoke to a user who is 75 tabling) so the problem is some how system specific in a way we have not figured out yet. The first report of this was several updates ago (that user start having problems at 22 tables) so I don't think its related to the update.

If you could please email me at support@alxsoftware.com with your TNLog_Date file from your TN install directory as well as a bit of info on your system, (OS, Memory, CPU, and Graphics card) hopefully I can start to see a pattern in the machines of the few people this has happened to and I can help resolve the issue.
