I'm not sure how feasible this would be. Unfortunately the way the "Seat Available" pop-ups are implemented makes it extremely difficult to get any information about what type of table the "Seat Available" popup will take you to. (The little black text on the popup is not accessible programmatically and is not easy to read by image recognition).

We might be able to do something where any table with a "Seat Available" popup is opened but then that table is instantly closed unless it is above a certain stake, I'm not sure how flashy/disruptive/laggy this would be.

I'll look into it a bit more once the next major update is released.

Thanks for the suggestion,

Tarath

Something strange happend to my TN today.. I loaded a layout config file which I saved, while multitabling and my TN would not stop giving me what sounded like an error beep. I tried restarting TN, and reloading the config, but it just continued to beep. It also would not allow me to use TN.

Any idea what this could be?

Was there an error message popping up from your system tray?

It sounds as though maybe the config you loaded might have had a blank table layout or a blank theme and TableNinja was trying to prompt you to set your theme or table layout.

In the next update there will be a "Import Config" option which will allow you to load configs without changing you setup tab so as to avoid this issue.

I think if you go to your "Setup" tab and make sure that everything there is correct that should fix the problem, I know the current behavior in the program is not ideal.

Sorry for the hassle this caused.

Is it possible to increase the amount of tables you can set aside to more than 4? 4 is generally enough, but Im really looking to create a stack/tile hybrid where I can move any table I have entered a pot in to a given place on my monitor. Probably 8 - 10 so you always have enough space for those hands you are involved in. Ideally this could be automated too.

I like playing with tiled tables. I can follow the action much better and know that for example I raised pre and should cbet. Stacking makes me uncomfortable because I dont know whether Ive timed out or when im presented with a flop with AK whether I raised/flatted/3bet pre because it affects my flop action. Hence why I want the best of both worlds. But unfortunately Im at my limit tiling 20 tables and dont think Ill ever go past this unless this happens.

I think this is something we can definitely do in a future update. We've had a few people requesting more than 4 of several types of hotkeys so we are looking into nice ways to provide a large number of each hotkey type without cluttering the interface.

Thanks for the feedback,

Tarath

Have you guys decided for good if the hotkeys will stay the way they are now? HK1 moves table to spot 1, pressing it again, or any HK moves it back to the original position instead of that HKs position, has there been much consideration on changing it?

We have definitely not decided for good and this is something that may change in a future update.

I think we've gotten mixed feedback on this, the more casual users of the feature seem to like it as it is, and the more hardcore users of the feature seem to want it changed so that only pressing HK1 again snaps the table back and pressing HK2 after HK1 moves the table to spot 2.

My guess is the best solution to this is to just provide an option to have it work either way unless there is overwhelming support for one option or the other.

I have both TableNinja and TableNinjaFT. Both of my questions apply to both programs.

1. Is there a way to deal with the posting of blinds, such as auto-clicking wait for BB and checking the auto-post blind checkbox? If this isn't already implemented within TableNinja, I would like to request it.

2. Feature Request: I would like to have another incremental scroll wheel option. I like to have my scroll wheel go up by BBs and then use the tilt of the scroll wheel to adjust by SBs. You can get a better idea of the feature I want by looking at this screenshot from PartyEZcash:

I have the same request. It would be VERY useful.
And also a hotkey for "I'm back on all tables and wait for BB", in order not to post the extra late-position blinds when we come back from the bathroom. :-)

If you set the percentage to 0% that will turn the default bet off for that street. Setting all the %s to 0 will turn the default bets off completely.

Automatically waiting for the BB and then posting it is working in the latest test version and will be in the next update which we hope to release this week

If you guys are interested you can join our tester group and get early access to TableNinja updates by following the instructions here: http://tnforums.tableninja.com/showthread.php?t=66

Currently the automatic wait for BB feature doesn't hook into the "sit out next hand all tables" hotkey but we hope to add this is in the future.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I like the scroll wheel idea and have added it to my list.

Thanks for the new update, Tarath.

Unfortunately, my preflop raise default bet doesn't work. I have reinstalled the update twice, but to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

Not only does there not appear a default bet amount, the fixed limper bets don't work either.

Hi,

TableNinja won't close the tournament lobby until the tournament actually begins playing (not when you are registered). Are you waiting till then?

And do you mean that "Register for identical if full" is unchecked?

Let me know

Thanks

We didn't have any problems like this in the beta testing so I'm not sure what could cause this. The first thing to try is to edit all of the default preflop bet amounts (pot%, #BB, #per limper, and 3bet %). Then close and reopen TableNinja.

If that doesn't fix things, it would probably be best if you emailed me at support@alxsoftware.com with the following information so that I can help you get things working asap:

1) Your TNLog file and TNConfigAutoLoad file from your TableNinja install directory
2) A screen shot of your tables with you HUD running.
3) Are your postflop default bets working?

I'm really sorry about the inconvenience.

I've never heard of anyone else having this problem so I am not sure what could cause it. Let me try to reproduce this on my end and look in the code and bit and I'll let you know what I find.

Thanks

The NoImages theme choice in the new version is causing massive CPU usage (task manager reports it around 30% constantly) and cursor lag. I put it back to HyperSimple in TN and it runs perfectly fine (0% to 4% CPU usage). This was while I was on 14 tables. I usually 24 table...I'd hate to see how it ran with that many.

I've used the no images PS theme for a long time now, long before TN ever "officially" supported it, so it doesn't matter to me too much since I can just set it to HyperSimple in TN and be fine. Just thought I would tell you.

Thanks for letting me know, can you send me the TNLog file from the no-images session as well as your TNConfigAutoLoad file, and a screen shot of your no-images table with your HUD running at support@alxsoftware.com so that I can investigate this further.

Thanks
