Wow, I cannot imagine what could cause this to work on fast tables and not slow ones.

I'm not entirely sure where to start troubleshooting this. On the "Annoyances" tab in the "Checkbox hotkeys" section does the "Sit out next blind or auto-post blinds (No restrictoins)" hotkey work for you at both fast and non-fast tables?

i keep getting the clicking bell sound when i open table ninja. My bad if this has already been covered. What to do?

Generally this means that you need to set your Table Layout and PokerStars theme on the "Setup" tab. Try opening TableNinja without any PokerStars tables. Set those items on the "Setup" tab, and then open some tables and everything should work.

I got a problem with tableninha on the new pc... It seems it can't recognize the keys... I click on the button but tableninja don't write the command in the tab...

I'm running win7

Can you try running the program in compatibility mode for Vista SP2.

Right click the program and go to properties --> Compatibility.

Suggested Feature - Under either "Table Control" or "Sit-n-Go Sensei" (as this would only benefit sng play) allow customizable frames for 3-handed and 4-handed tables.

The idea here is to have a function that shouts "Strategy considerations are way different here!". This could be useful for mass tablers if you also set all other frames to black (maybe except for "needs attention", which I like to set to red).

just played my first session on stars w/ table ninja and i have the following problem:
my stars lobby is gone... it has disappeared somewhere off screen, the only way to see it, it to right click on the bottom and then maximize...

if i resize to normal size again it disappears.. help!

edit: ok its now back after restarting stars all over, still a bit annoying that i cant see it while playing

and not just 3 or 4 players.............let the user choose how many

for example I want green for tables with 8 players, red for tables with 6 players and so on...............

1. I want to open-raise different for every blind level.Ex:10/20---80, 15/30---100, 25/50---150, 50/100---250, 75/150---325 and so on..........How do I set this up?(witch tab?)

2. If I have 10 sit&go open and have ''Keep 15 tournaments open for 45 total tournaments'' and I click start, it will automaticly open another 15 or 5, and keep opening one by one as I finish until 45 total played?

3. In the Sit-n-go Sensei--->Sit-n-go Opener Tab, I dont understand what ''Target number'' , ''Max per cycle'' , ''Seconds between cycles'' means.(Yes, I did watch TableNinja Tutorial: Sit n Go Opener).
I mean, if I want to play 100 sit&go's while 20 tableing, I'll just type ''Keep 20 tournaments open for 100 total tournaments''. Right?So what purpose does the 3 above mentioned have?

This is something that several people have requested and we definitely think its a great idea. Its on our list but problem not for the next 2 updates.

This is defintiely not normal behavior, I've never heard of this problem before so I'm not entirely sure what to say.

TableNinja never moves the lobby for any reason. Could TableNinja be thinking that the lobby is a table? Is the lobby being framed?

When you say "its back now after restarting" but that you still can't see it when you play do you mean that TableNinja is moving it somewhere weird again?

1) On the "Sit-n-Go Sensei tab there is a "Sit-n-Go Betting" subtab that does this.

I quickly checked the past 100ish posts, but maybe I missed it.

Has anyone had any problems with keypad/gamepad lag recently?

I've been using a wireless numberpad for the past few months now with no problems... but after the last update (or two) ago, i start getting random response lag.

It's a number pad, so im directly mapping.. not joy2key. Also, it seems to only start happening once I get up 10+ tables.

I thought it was maybe just CPU lag from my ghetto laptop, but it's happening to my desktop too. Been through 5-6 different brand new batteries.

The num pad will work fine, and then start to not respond/lag if I dont use it for roughly 8-10 seconds. sometimes turning it off and back on will work, sometimes not. Sometimes after pressing an action button (all-in, for instance), nothing will happen... so I'll manually use the mouse, and the action will successfully complete up to 5 secs later on a different table (75o UTG shove for 20bb yay)

I would assume it would be the crappy chinese made 70 dollar pad I have... but I sometimes open up notepad when it seems to be acting up, and there are no problems/lag in displaying what I press.

Maybe it's a sign from god to switch over to a 360 controller, who knows... I was just interesting if I was alone with number pad lag.

I find out that, propably, my problem isn't related to tableninj..infact I can't bind the mouse keys at other programs.
anyway I got another problem.

Table ninja is really slow on my new pc (i7, 6 gb, win7)
When i move the mouse on the table the pointer is so slow...
I don't know if it is related to an issue with win7 (when i use tableninja, win7 tells me that it have to change colors...)

You definitely should not have to change the color scheme unless you have it running in compatibility mode for XP or something.

Can you email me at support@alxsoftware.com with a screen shot of the Compatibility tab on the popup that appears when you right click the TableNinja shortcut and click "Properties".

Can you also email me your TNlog file from your TableNinja install directory.

Windows 7 definitely should not cause lag so this is most likely just a configuration issue that we can work out.

Hi,

I can't get the Basic action keys to work, I can get the Advance action keys to work fine. Is this because I'm using Fozzy's NoImages-Blank theme?

Just downloaded the Trial. Tried it out, but the basic buttons dont work well.

Fold button calls.
Check button calls also if check is not possible (dont know if thats normal)

Resizing tables didnt work either.

Running XP

umm, I purchased TN over 24 hours ago and still do not have my activation code!!! I was planing on grinding with it today, but I hope to at least have my code by tomorrow ( which will be over 48 hours since purchase!)

Unfortunately I believe the theme is the problem. If you switch themes things should work.

This is almost certainly a configuration problem that I would be happy to help with.

The table size shouldn't matter, are you sure you have selected the correct PokerStars theme on the Setup tab in TableNinja? Is your HUD covering the action buttons at all?

is it possible to assign increasing values to the same key? like if i hit the up key once it displays 1/2 ps, if i hit it a second time 2/3s, 3rd time 3/4th ps and so on...

if not can i assign more than 4 pot betting keys? i need 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 4/5 and potsize

Unfortunately there is no option to assign increasing values to the same key.

If you use your default bet as one of the 5 values and then hotkeys for the other 4 that would be a way to get all 5 bet sizes so that might be a nice solution for the near future.

Hotkeys that assign different values as you hit them repeatedly is definitely a nice idea and is something we'd like to support in the future.
