With me the sng opnener is not working. It runs one time and opens sng's untill it reaches the number in keep x tournaments open for...
Once one of those are completed it doesnt refill/register for another one.

what am i doing wrong, are these settings ok?

The idea is to run one type of sng, 8 tables at the same time for a long period.

I use Windows Vista Home Ed and pokertracker 3.

You're settings on the SNGO look fine.

Is the "Automatically close finished tournaments" feature on the Opening/Closing tab working for you? My guess is that TableNinja is not detecting when tournaments end properly.

Is your "PokerStars Install Directory" set according to our documentation? On windows Vista it should be set to c:\Users\[YOUR_VISTA_USERNAME]\Loca\PokerStars

If that doesn't fix things go ahead and shoot me an email at support@alxsoftware.com with your TNConfigAutoLoad file and your TNLog file from your TableNinja directory and I'd be happy to help you get things configured.

Wow, tx for the very rapid reply. To anwser your questions, no indeed TN is not closing my tables automatically even though I have asked TN to do so.

My "PokerStars Install Directory" is set to C:\program files\Pokerstars since there is where I installed the software. See the picture:



Opening of the sng's works fine so I thought the dir was ok. I'll try the dir you suggested and see if it helps.

Ok, I did what you suggested, changed the pokerstars install directory to:

C\Users\myname\AppData\Local\Pokerstars

and now everything works fine.

The sitngo opener doesn't reset the currently registred. only the others get reset. I then have to close the program down and reopen for it to reset. Fix?

This is how we designed the reset button to work. We had it resent the currently registered in the past but it was a bit confusing because there might be tournaments that TableNinja had registered for before you hit the reset button that had not yet started and it was appearing that TableNinja was opening extra Sit-n-Gos when it was not.

So the rest button changes the total numbers so that you can adjust your session length but it doesn't actually reset everything (reset probably isn't the best name for it :

We're waiting for some more feedback on this one. My impression is that people who use all 4 keys would strongly agree with you and people who just use 1 would strongly disagree.

But it seems option A(the way it is now) has a much much greater negative affect on players using all 4 than option B would have on players only using one.

Having the keys constantly screw me, and I assume others, up, vs players having to hit "shift+w" AND "shift+q"(for example) vs just hitting one of those keys doesn't really seem like a big deal.

Been thinking about a couple of things. The BB ratio left for each player would be nice to have next to the $$ left for that player. Maybe even add Q for tournaments (not imp. in SNG or Cash(?) i suppose). So something like this: Q $x,xxx M (chooseable to use SB/BB or just BB).

I've also thought about a display of ppls $ left when sitting out. I don't use my mouse much so when ppl are sitting out I have to move it to see remaining chips.

My mouse is always placed over the cards in the middle stack so I can see cards beeing folded. Not so important, but if TN could have a feature that makes folded cards always visible I would enjoy that.

I think you've sold me on this one. We'll take it over but I think what we want is to have pressing shift+w twice move it to the location then snap it back, but have shift+w, shift+q move it to location 1 and then straight to location 2.

The only question is how hard it will be to make

shift+w shift+q shift+q snap it back to where it was BEFORE you hit shift+w.

I think if we can make it so that hitting a location hotkey moves it to that location, unless it is already there in which case it puts it back home, that would be ideal.

Does this sound good?

I think there are definitely a lot of great display options we can add. I think for the next update we will just get the basics, but once the basics are working solidly adding more complex displays ought ot be doable.

Unfortunately letting you always see folded cards with probably either steal your mouse in annoying ways or else require a lot of image scraping on our end which would slow down performance.

This is definitely on the list for the next update.

Being able to schedule "lists" of sng registration scripts would me massive.
Let me try and clarify:

At moment I have a filter and sng registration in TN that filters so I just have $2.20 180s and $3.25 45s. It registers me for 18 of theses as I wish as I 18 table them, normally it is roughly 9 of each as they fill as quick. Anyhow, I set my session to last for 90mins regging of these and normally get through about 50 sngs being OPENED in that time. However when the 90 mins is up I then want TN to register for JUST $3.25 45s for 30minutes, the reasoning being that 180mans last ~1h30 to finish where as 45s last ~1hr. So I want to try and be more efficient and maximise my EV.
Obv I have a filter in sngwiz to just show the 3.45s, but there is at the moment no way to get the 180 & 45mans to run for 90mins then it auto go onto JUST 45s for 30 mins.
Hope this not so confusing.

Currently we do not plan to support Stud but depending on how easy it would be it is something we might do in the future.

This makes perfect sense and I don't see any reason it wouldn't be possible. I'm trying to think of what the user interface for something like this would look like. I think the main challenge to this feature would be coming up with a way to present it that would make it intuitive.

A big part of our challenge with the SNGO is that it confuses new users already and we've got dozens of requests for ways to make it much better but also more complicated. We might be able to make it some kind of hidden advanced settings. Its definitely an issue we've been brainstorming on.

Everything works fine when im running SNG's but when i go to cash games the default bets do not come up. They only do if I run one table only

Tarath could have sworn you mentioned something about a beta FTP version recently? How's that going?

There must already be a hotkey program thing for FTP somewhere but I can't seem to find much on here other than "mods". People are multi tablnig the crap out of FTP just like stars so they must have something that stops the friggin lobby popping up every time you bust, or stops the table going to a completely different part of your screen just cos you've changed tables? Anyone?

I went to start table ninja today. I got this message Table Ninja has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. No solution what should i do?
