when I set up TN to work with keyboard and try to bind "F3" button and my stars client is not opened, TN reads "F3" fine
but when i open stars client TN says that "F3" is assigned to something else, but it is not

is there an option that handel "im back" in cashgame?

Hmm this is very strange. Tableninja doesn't actually handle the hotkey assignments, we use the built in windows system and just register hotkeys with windows, so this error means that windows thinks F3 is registered to some other program.

I've never heard of F3 being registered to stars for any reason so honestly I am not sure what could cause this.

Can you email me your TableNinja log file and TNConfigAutoLoad file at support@alxsoftware.com. I will take a look and try and help you out.

Any chance it will have a function that allows you avoid certain players? Say I want to avoid Players X, Y, Z, and never play with more than 2 of them at once, I could create a list in TN including the three players and if it sees 3 players from my list already regged in a game it skips to the next one?

Would be very sick if you could manage that.

While playing on PokerStars.it TableNinja stopped working, instead of pushing he raises x2...

Wow that would be amazing, I haven't looked at exactly how stars handles the list of players in the tournament lobby. How hard this would be completely depends on the exact nature of that list and it could be simple or extremely difficult.

I'll investigate this further and try and brainstorm clever solutions that might make this possible.

This error can occur for a few reasons.

The most common is that you hit a bet-sizing hotkey at a limit table which is not what happened to you if you were trying to push all in.

It can also rarely occur if you hit a bet-sizing hotkey the instant it becomes your turn, and due to lag the bet-slider has not been displayed yet.

I would guess that you tried to shove the instant it become your turn and due to a bit of lag the slider bar had not displayed yet and so TableNinja could not change the bet size.

I would recommend either waiting a 1/4 second before shoving if you notice any lag from PokerStars at all, or else turning off the "Automatically click bet button" option so that you can verify that the bet amount was changed before you go all in.

If you were not trying to shove the instant it became your turn then I am not sure what the problem is. If this is the case can you email me your TableNinja log file and TNConfigAutoLoad file at support@alxsoftware.com. I will take a look and try and

when Im multitabling using table ninja, some times I can't do anything else than click one the action button on the differrent tables ... ( I can't register to new stt, cant launch a new windows, all that kind of stuff :/ )

DUnno if its a table ninja effect but it's kinda awful ! some time later, everything was working fine whereas I didnt do anything.

There's a rare bug that has affected two or three people in the past that sounds similar to what your describing. For them changing their configuration slightly was enough to fix the problem.

Can you email me your TableNinja log file and TNConfigAutoLoad file at support@alxsoftware.com. If I see your config I should be able to suggest what to change to fix the problem.

awesome product, small problem though...i put in that i want the number 0 to be fold on the number pad...instead it is calling, even if i change it to a letter it still calls all the while the call hot key works fine

We did our best with the Table Under Mouse mode to protect you from things like this. If your cursor isn't over a table the hotkeys turn off automatically.

If you want to use the Table in Foreground mode all I can really recommend is to not assign hotkeys to keys that you use while typing (use the F keys or cntrl or insert/home/delete) if you want to IM/email while you play.

With the Table in Foreground mode we just couldn't come up with a simple protection that wasn't an annoyance at times when you were not typing in other windows. Its a tough balance to find something that protects you from accidents but never stops you from doing what your trying to do during your regular playing.

If you have any suggestions definitely let me know. For now using the Table Under Mouse mode is really the only option if you want to have letters be hotkeys and still be able IM/Email while playing with risk.

Are you using an unsupported theme (or is your theme not set correctly on the setup tab in TableNinja)? If so try switching to the classic or hyper-simple theme and see if the problem goes away.

TableNinja often works with other themes, but depending on the exact coloring problems like what your experiencing can arise,

hello,guys,why the mount is inaccurate?
example,it should be 60% pot,but the fact is 66% or something,sometime it is accurate,some time not,why? can fix it?

We made 2 simplifications to the pot calculation to speed things up. We plan to fix both of them eventually and one of them will be fixed in the next update, and we have a plan to fix the other one soon.

The pot bets will always be correct when you are betting. When you are raising a bet there are cases where the calculation can be slightly off (rarely more than a few %) and this will be fixed in the next update.

When you are reraising (and were not the original better) the pot bet amount will be slightly off. The most common way this happens is when you are 3betting preflop the pot bet will be 1 big blind to small. This issue will not be fixed in the next update but we will fix it eventually. If you use the X BB + Y BB per limper default preflop bet then your % pot default bet only gets used for 3betting so you can compensate by making that a few % bigger if you like.

Yeah, I don't have any ideas for improving this except for improving my brain. I guess this was just one of those painful lessons.
