I never encountered such problem and can't think of a way in which TO could cause it.
I suggest to reinstall Pokerstars and if that doesn't help, to backup and delete user.ini and notest.username.xml files from Pokerstars settings folder.

I have this problem with sng registering.

In pokerstars client it somehow freezes on the games which already run and then it cant register to new sngs because it still shows the old game.

What can i do ?

Hi,

The "sitout next BB", "sit out next BB all", "sit out next BB and close" and the "I'm back all tables" hotkeys don't function for me for cash games. The "sit out next hand" and the "sit out next hand all" trigger on the next BB though, so these can be used, but the "I'm back at all tables" hotkey would still be useful if it worked.
Is this a common problem or it's just me?

Looks like you didn't select correct table theme in TO "General" tab.

Got it now it just fooled me the latest version on the software's website showing 'Table Optimizer v. 1.3.2.1' actually its v.1.4.2.7

TO has issues. Pot odds show crazy numbers. Bet buttons have issues with preflop and postflop. How to fix this issue?

You need to update TO to the latest version(1.4.2.8).
You can do that by clicking "Check for updates" in General tab or by running update.exe from TO main folder or by downloading the latest version from the website and reinstalling manually.

upgraded and it works. But there is a weird issue. On the bottom of it... it had a lot of numbers like 20 8 7 8 9 0 9 0 2 .... etc.

this is below the tableoptimizer version etc. Basically lot of numbers that i dont know what it is.

also i took a look at the TO tabs. Is it normal for something to show up on the seach url line? I don't recall it ever had this before... pretty sure it was blank.

Updating TO again will fix the issue with the numbers.
If you are taking about "Search URL" in "Layouts/Hotkyes" tab then yes it's normal. You don't remember having it because it was introduced recently.

Hi, sent you an email yesterday. Having occasional individual tables completely freeze up since the latest Stars update (maybe every 20-30 mins, only fix is reloading Stars client), pretty sure the problem is with Stars, can you confirm that TO can't cause that?

HM2 had to issue a patch (something to do with different hand history encoding) but don't think TO uses hh's, just trying to rule everything out.

I can't 100% confirm that TO can't cause it but there was nothing wrong in your logs and I haven't made any changes that could cause it recently.

Please try if disabling "Remove titlebar" and/or resizing has any effect on the frozen table.

Hi again, upgraded to Windows 10 - using middle mouse button as the cycling hotkey only works intermittently. Tried turning on/off Windows 10 "scroll inactive windows" feature, updating all drivers, weird thing is that it works fine when set to anything other than middle mouse button.

TO logs show normal entry when it works (Hotkey received: "Cycle Previous in stack", 4) and nothing when it doesn't work. Doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, starts and stops working at will.

Any ideas? Cheers.

Is it by any chance triggered by minimizing a window? I have a weird issue with all mouse hotkeys except mouse wheel up/down stopping to work after minimizing any window on Windows 10. I suspect that Stars is causing it because I'm able to recreate it with 3 different hotkey software.

Reproduced it just now a bunch of times, if I don't minimise any windows it works fine, as soon as I minimise a window (TO, browser, anything) the middle mouse hotkey is supressed for a few mins. Scroll still works fine.

Hi,

What's the best way of tagging players with this sofware? I can't tag a single player with the color I want when I play spins, even if I have like a hotkey to tag playrs I can't put on them the color I want because TO is stealing focus all the time. On smart stacking mode I am using "none". Just auto slots. Any advice?
