Could you please explain how this part of your software works? When I click Add nothing happens. I am also unclear as to what the checkboxes do. Thanks.

Before clicking "Add" you need to type name of the new layout.
With checkboxes you specify what should happen when layout is applied. If you set it to "Tile" tables will be tiled, if you set it to "Stack/Slots" tables will be moved to stack or rearranged in slots.

Thanks. Is it possible to remove titlebars AND enable slot swapping? From my experimenting, it seems the only way to swap slots is to drag the tables using the titlebar.

You can move a table without titlebar by dragging TO hud with left mouse button.

Great. One last question, is it possible to have the "Lock in slot" hotkey also move tables from the stack to a slot? If so, I will definitely be ditching SaT for your product. Thanks.

if i have <16 games up, i tile and let TO do everything when games open/close, but sometimes i'd like to move some games around to different tile slots. when a new game opens, tables are re-tiled & sorted by start time (or id#? idk), and i was hoping there'd be an option to enable slot-swapping while in tile mode.

eg i tile 4x4 and want some mtts (started at different times obv) on the top row, but play sngs also. when a new mtt starts i wanna swap it with a sng in the top row and still have the auto-tile functionality when table count changes again, but don't want the new mtt to be moved from where i just put it.

Not possible.

It's not possible to do this with tiling feature. However, you can create layout using slots and select "Move new table to slot" and "Sort slots" options. Such layout will work similar to tiling and you will be able to swap tables in slots.

Nevermind. Figured the problem out.

So far the only theory I have is that it happens when TO is suddenly forced to shutdown while it's saving settings to the file. Is this possible that something like that happened? It saves settings when you close it manually, when you shutdown your computer and when you sleep/hibernate it.

Until it's fixed I suggest to make a backup of options.ini file.

There are a lot of bugs with this program that really need to be sorted out. I am currently using stack and tile and for some reason the 11th table I loaded just wouldnt be stacked or tiled? WTF.

Also half the time my bet sizings don't work.

You didn't provide any details regarding how both programs are configured so my only guess is that they're both set to handle newly opened tables and sometimes tables are moved by SaT and sometimes they're moved by TO. Please note that I cannot guarantee that TO will work perfectly with every third party software that you may be using.

If preset bets are not working half of the time then it shouldn't be difficult to make a screenshot with incorrect preset bet and write what you expect it to be. If you send such screenshot together with TO settings(TO folder/options.ini) and TO logs(TO folder/logs/) to the support e-mail(you can find it on the website) then I will have something that I can work with. I can't really help you if you just write that something is - in your opinion - not working, without any details.

No I'm using the stack and tile function that table optimizer offers. I will screenshot when the bet sizes are wrong. Also not opinions, facts.

Right I'll be sending in some screenshots. I use your stack and tile option for 10 - 12 tables however 1 table will not join the stack or the tile. All the tables are pokerstars. Sending screenshot to demonstrate to the support email. You will see that in the picture 4 tables are tiled however one table is not but is it near enough a slot that it should be dragged into the slot by itself but it will not join.

Hi there, Love the programme and havnt had any other problems but just have a quick question regarding optimal set up.

I have been playing sngs with 4 stacks of 4 or 5 tables (16-20 total) with their positions saved using the stars software. I am using TO for popup dealing, timebank and lots of preset bets, but also use the stars hotkey for rightclick = fold plus a key for allin.

It doesnt happen very often, but every now and then while I have the mouse cursor hovering over a table deciding what action to take, I get another table from the same stack pop up to the front before I have acted on the table I was looking at.

What is the best way to set up the software in conjunction with the stars software so that a different table will never take focus over the current one under the mouse at the front of stack until I have right clicked for fold or bet?

You should make sure that only one program, either TO or pokerstars is poping tables for you. In TO this option is called "Popup table when action required" and in stars there is "Popup table whenever user action is required" in "Advanced multi-table options". If you were already using only one of them try switching and check if problem still occurs.

is there an upgrade coming soon ? TO is incompatible with latest stars client update.

I'm not aware of any problems with latest pokerstars updates, TO should work correctly despite saying that it's incompatible.

getting error table not found errors and table optimizer unable to read your user ID errors. It then says trial ended and auto closes.

Works fine if i downgrade from stars build 8066 to 7970.

And same for blind level timer on hud options.

I don't have ETA for moving tables to slot when user defined condition is met. Blind level timer should be added next month.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

PokerStars recently changed their prohibited software policy. It's now prohibited to use "Any software that offers dynamic, real-time commentary on the current game state that goes beyond reporting data and statistics.". Due to that it's no longer allowed to use preset bets filtered by raise size, and position relative to the raiser. These filters were removed from Table Optimizer as well as option to use raise size in bet formula. Please, update TO to the latest version.
