it worked 1 or 2 days ago. dintd change anything.
i start TO. then i start stars. TO ist detecting stars and closes insta.
i run everything as admin. nothing changed. any ideas?

Do you remember when you downloaded TO? It's possible that your trial has expired and there is a some bug which causes TO to close instantly instead of showing you "Trial expired" message.

Did you recently update TO to new version and was that version working correctly?
If problems started after the update you should try to download and install TO again.

downloaded again. also installed microsoft visual C++ again. dunno what is wrong

30 days trial definetly not over.

Can you contact me on skype: tableoptimizer? It will be easier to fix the problem that way.

There should be a backup folder with previous version in TO main directory. Can you check if that one is working?

Hi,

I have read here that if popup table when: action required is enable we need to disable in the client. Is there any difference between using one or the other? And what the difference between popup table when action is required and dealt?

There is not much difference between them. TO will popup tables only when action is required, whereas pokerstars may popup them in different situations as well e.g. when there is a buy-in dialog in cash games. Other thing is that when you have multiple tables with action and you perform action on one of them, pokerstars will popup you first in line table and TO will popup next in line table.

"Popup table when dealt" option will popup tables when hand is dealt i.e when you can do advanced fold or quick fold on zoom.

Can you include the correct redistributable package together with TO. I have installed every single version I could possibly find on the internet of both x64 and x86 redist and still missing msvcp110.dll. (Windows 8.1 x64)

Sure, i configure the squeeze x3+3bb per caller. But it doesnt add the bb per caller when i'm in position to squeeze.

So for example, EP opens 3bb, MP calls, i'm CO and it will put 9bb in the box.

Initial caller (MP in you example) is not consider by TO as "additional caller". It will add 3bb for every other caller except for the first one. If you want it to bet 12bb you need to set it to x4 + something.

hey,

i just downloaded the software, etc.
But whenever TO is running PokerStars shuts down with this message after a couple of secounds even when running everything as administrator. I use Win 7

Has this happened to anyone before?

When TO is closed, PokerStars works fine again.

Really looking forward to any help

Seems last .eu update broke something, my TO is 3betting all in now and preset opening bets are screwed up in some positions.
