This occurs much more often in tournaments than cash games, so if this program to be useful in tourneys, implementing detection of this situation would be a good idea.
Possible solution: Look for presence of the Call/Raise/Fold buttons in addition to the bet slider. (Possibly talk to Tarath with TN to maintain compatibility with TN themes, or have detection be a configurable option). I assume TN is looking visually for the presence of buttons by their contrast with the background.

About the Calling All-in situations (taken from the help section of the site):
Tables Of Interest are recognized by searching for the PokerStars bet slider at the tables. Sometimes when you haven't acted yet, a player goes all-in before you and there is noone behind you so you can't reraise, there will be no betslider. In those situations you either have an option to call or fold. TOI will not recognize those tables as Tables Of Interest, so those tables will just stay in the Stack (you will have to make your decision there). These situations are so specific that they'll occur approximately once every 5000 hands. Keep in mind: If this happends when you've already taken your first action in the hand, it will get recognized as a Table Of Interest.
Im not sure if it will be a big problem for tournaments, all I can do is add support for them and you guys will have to see if it's good enough or not. I will never add image/pixel recognition features, I've tested those, I dont like how they slow down my software, I like to keep my software fast and effective.
