[HUD] Sync Poker HH and DB Across Desktop and Laptop

Forgive me if this has been asked and answered...
Are there any easy ways or even cloud type HUDs that allow you to sync HHs across multiple devices? I'm specifically playing on ACR/WPN, and my desktop is Windows and my laptop is a Macbook.
I'd like to basically have my HHs sync across both devices to keep track of all my tournament histories and cash game win rates.
Is there anything on the market that handles this? I was thinking of just changing my default HH location on both devices to a cloud synced folder, say google drive or something, but unsure if there was an easier way.
