Is it normal that you can't use the assigned keys for typing in the player note field?

Yes. Try using the suspend hotkey when you are typing.

I assign the z key to suspending hotkeys. So anytime I want to make a note I press z and then when I'm done I'll press z again. The only thing is you can't type the letter z, but you can type Z.

Try a function key. Or home, end, pgup, pgdn...etc.

after the last update on the software, my starshotkey stopped working. Can someone help me please? ty

sorry if this is a repost but...

I downloaded AHK and found a couple scripts that I liked that seemed to have the options I am looking for to play cash FR games on stars, but I'm having some issues with basic functionality.

for instance, I loaded up starshotkeys, opened the dialog box which allows you to set the keys you want to use for each function (fold, raise, bet size, ect) but when i have a table open and the script running, nothing happens when I use the keys I have assigned. the keys just type into the chat box

I am running windows7 and checked to make ahk run as admin as well as making sure each script file had permissions but i'm at a bit of a loss.

I'm usually pretty good at figure out wtf is going on. some minimal html/css knowledge, but the scripts for the ahk are a bit over my head right now

i read through the ahk website but if there is some kind of guide for newbs or if someone has the time to IM/skype with me for a few minutes, that would be much appreciated.


some one asked me "are you sending the hotkeys to table under mouse or active table?" ... i dont even know if i am sending or need to send.

think I got it. had to compile and then run script as stand alone app as admin. it makes it a pain if i have to change settings, but once i have them tweaked, it'll be fine

the auto-close popups isn't working for me with the new stars update. this true for anyone else?

After the recent update there's a new (additional) "cancel" button in the "check is free" dialog. Would it be possible to let the script click this button instead of "check"?

The new Stars feature that eliminates new tourneys from stealing the focus works great now unless I have this script running. New tourney windows still pop up in front only when they appear right after it's my turn to act on another table and I press a hotkey. If I don't press a hotkey and just click on the action button I want, the new tourney window stays in the background (doesn't pop up), but I gotta click twice. Once to apparently set the focus back on the table waiting for my action, then again to activate the action button.

I know one other person has experienced the second part of that, but if any one has suggestions on how to tweak the script to prevent new tourneys from continuing to steal the focus, please post.

the x2.5 x3 etc doesnt work for me. it just changes the number to 0

does this work with the new update? i just need an auto time bank and right click fold options until tableninja is bug free

The "Fold to any Bet" Hotkey doesn't work for me any more after the latest update.

Just recognized this is only at fast tables. At the normal tables it is still fine.

Any solution to come?

is there a chance to get parts of this script working for pokerstars.fr

sotware is 100% like ps.com

just need basic functions like hotkey for fold/bet2x/push

Ok, I was forced to do the update today. I do sngs/tourneys, no big problems i can see for the time being, save for a tiny one.

The button positions for check/fold and check have been moved and as a result the ahk for just checking doesn't work.

Is there anyone reading this thread who can do something abuot it? Thanks.

Does this script have the mouse scroll like the bet pot script? Im going back to stars now after being away for 2 years and need this script. Dont need anything else.

Auto "sitback in" does not seem to work with the new version of stars. anybody know a work around?

having troubles having the script working with HEM at the same time

even without actually it seems to be working inconsistently depending on the table

any ideas??
