wickss I sent off a donation hopefully it comes through ok

I have a couple of questions re AHK - What are some of the ideal setup key configs?
Clarification - ahh you want to chat but dont want to accidently hit raise if chatting in AIM and you get directed back to action on table.
Or - you want to flame an opponent whilst 12+ tabling -is there a simple theory of placing keys for most actions that avoid the letters? Maybe a template?

Or do you know of specialist mouse that has like 6-8 separate action buttons for most frequent hotkeys the leave the others to out of the way areas of keyboard?

seek possible solution for say double table stacked layouts? Oh and on that - the arrow keys as I am stacked I cannot see how it shuffles in a stacked in enviro what is the difference between say pgup function vs an up arrow.

Last thing - to set F6 as a hot key is that f....6 F ...6 cause when i just press F6 nothing happens.

Any answers to all of these would be great.
And I really appreciate your product/ invention/code/ w/e you call it

When I am not using my gamepad, I use rightclick to fold, d to check/call, and f to raise. If I need to type I suspend all hotkeys with F3. Everyone has different preferences though. The best thing is to play with it until you get something that you are comfortable with.

I've never tried this, but its seems like it would work really well.

When you stack tables, there isn't much difference between up and pgup. Only when you cascade or tile.

F6 works whether you have it capitalized or not. If you have a hotkey that doesn't work, make sure you don't have 2 hotkeys set to the same key.

wickss i bought i logitech mx 518 optical mouse it has a setpoint preogram that allows you to assign keys to mouse action.
It have 8 action btns - cost me 70 AUD (australian Dollars) =.95 AUD/USD
It has A task manager function that allows you to assign keyboard action to mouse btns.
I think I have found my solution. It is designed or marketed as a gaming mouse.
I post generally in the microfr forum and trying to set up easy to use double stacking multi table format - I am gonna try and do a step by step guide - I will like to use your link and AHK as a key essential element - will continue to test my operating template. But I would like possible use you as a reference for forumites who want AHK to help them out - I will make sure that they donate where possible. If you dont want me to do that please let me know the thread probably wont be ready for 2 weeks

Thanks for you help

I tile multiple tables and usually several are qued up waiting for my action. Is there an easy way to tell which table comes first? Or can you color the table that is first?

Stars Assistant or Stars Urgent Table can do that for you (as well as click the time bank). I used to use Urgent Table, but recently began using Stars Assistant instead.

My ahk = mouse is not combo not really working
One question does AHK require all screens to be the same size to work?
Is there a way of fitting them to all the same size I have all snap but say you want two stacked piles and have them exactly the same size?
Is there a way to find out the exact size of a PS window?
sort of all interrelated questions

Hey there,

For betting, what do you do post–flop? How can you bet ½ or 2/3 or 3/4 of the pot?

Do you just use this in junction of the “bet pot” script?

thanks,

fozzy,

how did you manage to get Stars Assistant to correctly do the click time bank? i've tried both, and Stars Assistant either times it incorrectly (i get folded), or clicks too early. are you manually changing some of the settings?

Thanks

I only 4 table (tiled), so it's rarely an issue, but it seems to work fine for me.

I used to use Urgent Table, and didn't care for SA when I first tried it. When I used Urgent Table I had to edit the script to not move the mouse, because most of the time I don't like it having control. SA's GUI make it easier for turning that function on/off, so that's why I switched.

Certain versions of stars assistant don't work for me, also I only select 'click timebank' and no other options on stars assistant but it works 20 tabling for me

Very nice...DL'ed and used tonight. Very useful....I really have to get used to all the buttons. Only "mislcicked" once all night. Still finished 2nd though in that one.

I would like to see a "bet pot" and bet "1/2 pot" options added

Wickss, please blog more on SNGIcons

I've been using two excellent mice with a ton of different independently programmable buttons. One is the Razer Lachesis with 9 buttons plus scroll wheel up & down for a total of 11 different AHKs you can program. The other is the Logitech MX Revolution which is wireless and including scoll wheel up & down has 13 different AHK functions. Both can be found online much cheaper than full retail price. You of course don't need that many buttons but I like to be able to multitable and do everything with just my mouse...call, bet, fold, raise various amounts, all in, view and save HH, move tables in and out of the stack to different spots on the screen when i have action on a table (this takes up 4 buttons), etc. A game pad is a good option as well.

Since the last update (a day ago), the register/unregister feature doesn't work anymore...
I use the default theme on PS.
I am the only one experiencing that?

Same here! Anyone know of another auto register script that works with the newest update or when this script will be updated? I can't play without it!

is there a way to make it so you don't have to click on a table to make the mouse wheel (and other stuff, i guess) work? having to click the table kills some of the quickness. i just want it to be the table the mouse is over that is used.

Or Stars Urgent Table.

They will highlight/activate tables, among other things.

You might also want KeyBoard Redirect, which can help with the focus stealing/activation, when you are making notes, etc..
