Whether hotkeys work or not is irrelevant.. If SAT thinks action required = NO, then the hotkeys will try to click the advance action checkbox locations, which is why it seems like some of the hotkeys might be working. Similarly, if Action Required = NO, then SAT expects the betsize presets and betting box isn't visible, so those hotkeys that rely on those won't work.

The only thing we care about is whether Action Required = YES/NO correctly.

Almost always, when things work on one monitor but not the other, its a problem with scaling %s. So I'm surprised that custom scaling isn't working for you.

^in case anyone was wondering, Emilio has a custom Global Poker site included, and the Bodog tables were being detected as Global tables.. just a reminder when creating custom sites, to try to be specific with the table_include/exclude parameters

Having this weird Ignition glitch where table freezes; no clicks register on anything except min/max/close in top right (can't close table and reopen bc of warning popup which is also 'intangible').

Seems to happen when I am mid session and action gets ramped up (multiple tables, having to click fast). The table that glitches, the action is still on me but I can't respond at all eventually timing me out (and sitting me out but I can't sit back in).

I am forced to close the Ignition client and restart it, very annoying and very time consuming

Here is my 'Advanced Options', maybe its one of the settings? Something I am not suppose to be mixing?

i have not seen this before, however, you should only have the scan mode on PW while you are including WPN and Bodog, and then after that you'd want to change it back to DWM, so that other sites will use DWM. PW scan mode is the slowest but those two sites require it. perhaps that could contribute if you are playing on multiple sites

how often does this happen?

It was happening the last several sessions Thru-Sun (I took Mon-Wen off) and tried to replicated it after changing settings (DWM thing) and removing sites which now I can't seem to replicate it. I wasn't able to put in a lot of volume on Ignition so idk and they haven't updated their site so I think it will still happen.

Yes it works fine on GGpoker. Just include the "GGNetworkNew" site into SAT

If it fails during F9 to Include the site, use the SAT menu item for Help->Diagnostic->Get Window Title, and paste me the result for both the poker table, and then do it again and paste me the result for the main lobby

Looks normal to me.. the yellow border will contain the full table size, which includes the invisible resizing borders on the left/right/bottom on win10. Those invisible borders still exist, which is also why you seem to see gaps if you tile your tables when the slots are exactly aligned. This shouldn't be anything new recently

If you think Stars changed something, you can always Remove and re-Include the site, and SAT will re-grab the table size

And unless you have a very specific reason you should probably always be updating to the latest SAT

having trouble adding stars tables, not passing f9 test / show testing info doesn't detect status change. windows 10 using 4k single monitor.

Not passing F9 during Include Site setup? That would mean SAT doesn't detect or resize the table at all, and the site never gets included...

If you are able to Include it, but Show Testing Info isn't detecting status change, then that means SAT isn't scanning the tables properly. Typically you'd run through the solutions on this page:

SaT works fine for ggpoker/bodog (can't pre-fold before turn due to button place changes on bodog but w/e; is there a solution for this?)

you'll need to choose "Other" from the Sites drop down list, and then go through the custom site wizard.. the problem with Global is that the tables are just web browser windows, so a little care is needed for the include/exclude title texts to make sure other browsers arent matched as tables.. and you may need to use PW scan mode as well when you finished creating the custom site config, and then go to Include it
