The above WPN update isn't working for me. It passed the include site parameters but then when I got to actually play tables do not move out of my stack and into my grid on turn to act.

My main monitor is 2560x1600 which is where my grid is located and the include site parameters were run on and my side monitor where the stack is located is 1600x900.

Let me know what you think might be causing the issue. Thank you.

just wanted to add that my fold hotkey and folding do move tables to the stack. They just never move back to grid.

Did it just break with this new update? Was it working prior?

My first thought would be that maybe you are using different scaling %s for each monitor, which doesn't work with SaT. If so, you'd need to follow these instructions:

The problem started happening after this latest software update in WPN.

All my monitors are set to 100%, no scaling.

If I include the WPN site and run the test it correctly says "No" when mouse hovered over and it's not my turn to act and it also says "Yes" when it's my turn to act if mouse hovered over on the main monitor. If I move the table to the stack and hover the mouse over it's incorrect however. It always says "No". If I drag the stack table to my main monitor(stackandtile assumes it's in the stack right?) and hover mouse over it does change to "Yes" and snaps into my first grid slot at turn to act.

So the problem is clearly something with the 1600x900 monitor and/or stackandtile cause if I move my stack to the main monitor it works fines.

I'm not really sure what to change though as I don't have scaling enabled and everything is set to 100%. I'll try and read through the solutions a bit more and see if there is something I'm missing. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks.

Are you using the Custom Scaling option as shown in that link above? Or do you have each individual monitor set to 100%? Usually SaT requires you to use the Custom Scaling as show in that link. If you already have the monitors both at 100%, then there should be no visual difference for you to use the Custom Scaling, but it might allow SaT to work properly. Your information likely is confirming my suspicion, but I'd need you to try it to know for sure

is SaT down? i'm getting a stack and tile web error YuP notifcation mid-session

Every monitors was set to 100%. No Scaling. No Red message saying "A custom scale factor is set".

I went ahead and did Custom Scaling as describe in that link and set it to 100. I re-started the computer and then when I logged back in I had a red "A custom scale factor is set." message in my display settings. One thing I notice is under that now appears a greyed out bxo that says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items". I'm not able to change anything here but on my main monitor is shows 250% greyed out in this box. Both side monitors including the one that holds my stack slot show 150% in the greyed out box. My fourth monitor shows 175%.

Anyway, I went ahead and removed and re-included WPN and it still doesn't work. Same issue as described above. I then disabled the custom scale factor, signed out and back in again and tested option #2 with the "high dpi scaling override" and that did not work. So I'm out of luck on what to try next.

Is there some sort of logging enabled option for tracking what might be happening with stackandtile and this monitor?

The webserver had to do some updates yesterday, that was out of my control. Are you still seeing this problem today?

Everything you described is correct. When you set the custom scaling, the normal scaling boxes are grayed out and ignored. You should keep the custom scaling.

Usually the #2 option on that page is not needed since you're just using 100% scaling. That's typically only required for 150%+

There is no logging option for monitors because different monitors shouldn't matter. Once the custom scaling is enabled, all monitors will be the same according to windows. I don't really have any other ideas. The problem you describe is somewhat common and the fix has always been to use the custom scaling in windows..

so when using sat hotkeys:

i have added a hotkey for all in, raise 2x bb, etc

when i press them that moves the bet slider to all in/2x etc. instead of just auto-going all in? thats not very helpful since i still have to make a click to go all in instead of just going all in instantly and on to the next tab?

Well the reason it doesn't click the Bet button automatically is so that you can review the betsize first to confirm and make sure there is no error. But there is an Advanced Option to also click Bet. If you turn that on, it should work like you want.

so on party:

the table isn't detected, so while on stars all new tables are going to the stack, party just pops up and is not placed in the stack, i also can't move the table with a hotkey and stuff, so idk what's up with that

when this happens, can you use the SAT menu item for Help->Diagnostic->Get Window Title, and paste me the result for the party table that fails?

ugh something else I just realized:

the call-hotkey doesn't work for calling an all in.. so I mean when someone goes all in, I just want to hit my call btn and that's that. any option for that?

alright so I had to get back to this one since this is still very annoying. Let's say I have 6 tables in a stack, click the replayer, -> it pops up at the bottom of my stack and it's difficult to even get to it again. if I move it out of the stack, then close it when im done, it will pop up in the back of the stack again the next time I need the replayer. So here's that report below

The Call hotkey will hit the 2nd button on the table. If the only buttons shown are the 1st and 3rd, where usually the Fold and Bet buttons would be, then you would need to use the Bet hotkey.

Do your normal New Tables get opened up in the stack slot? If so, then SaT is simply seeing this Replayer window as a normal table. So we would need some way to exclude it. I don't notice anything in that titlebar that would indicate that this is a replayer window instead of a normal table window. Which means I'm not sure if there is anything to go by to exclude the replayer table

If that diagnostic is for a normal table that isn't being detected properly, then my guess is that it has to do with the currency format. The buyin is showing $0,25 but SaT expects the format to be $0.25 using the period instead of the comma. Usually this is fixed by uninstalling PartyPoker and re-installing and choosing English during the PartyPoker setup. If you are on the Full Stakes version of SaT, this might not matter because SaT should allow all tables.
