What you should do is, press Win+R, then type "cmd" no quotes. Then type "tracert stackandtile.com" no quotes and see what the results are. That should show you the route that your ISP is taking to try to get your connection to the website. Then send off an email to your ISP and complain and try to get it resolved asap, giving them the tracert info.

Unfortunately there is no way around the check. Even the trial period verifies on the server. Its not the best way to do things, but my webhost is fairly stable and when the site goes down its usually only for a few minutes for some maintenance. I used to have a backup server but the license database stopped syncing to it. I will look into that

I just downloaded the new version and theres a problem when I ignore a table it gets moved to a tile instead of my ignore table spot. When i click my fold and stack button on the ignored table it gives an error message about a table being in the stack thats not supposed to be or something.

Also, I havent tried on the new version, but on ipoker, (boyle poker) if i click my "bet x bb" hotkey, it bets too big of a number. For example, if the bb is 100 and my hotkey says to bet 2.314x, it will bet 2314 instead of ignoring the last decimal place

Yep, there is a bug when Ignoring a table in the latest version. I'm working on a fix. Feel free to revert to 2.78 on the download page for now if you need to

1. Does this happen every single time?
2. In that case, SaT would try to send "231.4" to the box. Does the table not allow the period if you try to type it yourself?

Can we please get the Fold+Stack table hot key to work during this scenario: "When its your turn to act; and the only option is for a player to do is click CHECK or FOLD box on WPN Black Chip." let that hot key hit the it CHECK box. Ive' been a paying customer for multiple years now.

I'm also getting mixed results on other sites with the bet xbb button. On 888, when it tries to type a 4 digit bet, it only works sometimes. Sometimes it starts typing and clicks bet before it's finished, so it minbets.

On my party skin (WPT), when I click it, it makes the bet box turn yellow and doesnt click anything.

On ftp, it looks like it just highlights the bet box, erases it, then clicks the bet button, resulting in another min bet.

It seems like it's working perfect on stars as far as I can tell.

It used to work. Before, WinningPoker would show 3 buttons: Fold,Check,Bet, and if you clicked Fold, you would get a popup "Are you sure you want to fold? You can check for free." SaT would detect this popup and press Check.

NOW, all they show are two buttons (the 2nd and 3rd buttons): Check,Bet. So there is no Fold button. I attempted to add this feature, where the "Fold+Stack" hotkey would click the 2nd button (Check) if the 1st button (Fold) was not visible. However, this was causing misclicks and then sometimes the hotkey would actually click the 2nd button when it was a CALL button.

So for now, there is no reliable way to handle it. You'll need to use your "Call" hotkey in SaT which will always click the 2nd button on the table.

Previously you said that #2 failed and the table did move into the grid. That was the bug that should have been fixed in v2.78. If you are certain that the mouse is within the button when clicking, perhaps its a different issue (maybe with the button changing color/shade during the click). What Stars theme are you using?

The "Bet x bb" hotkeys won't work on Party tournaments, because the blinds aren't displayed in the title bar of the tables.

Can you click File->Current Layout and paste your config so I can test with your layout? I just tested it and worked on both play money cash and sng for me.

Btw I recommend NOT using the "auto bet" advanced option, so that you can visually confirm the bet size that is inputted and avoid minbets like you are describing

Got it. For me its random, most of the time it works but sometimes not and all I see is "0" in the betbox. However, I wonder if its exactly as I wrote in my previous post. When i turn off the advanced option to "Also click 'bet' for betxbb hotkeys", the correct bet seems to get sent every time. Can you confirm that? My guess is that with "also click bet" turned on, the bet button is being pressed too fast before the full bet amount is being inputted.

I'm very sorry and I agree with you. I've already made a complaint with the webserver hosting provider. I can't see how long the server was down for. Hopefully everythings working ok again?

Contingencies used to be in place for a website with a backup of the database. That probably wouldn't have worked if you just immediately signed up, but for most customers it used to work. However the backup website was more unreliable than the main one. I am investigating alternatives

Yeah should be fine, you just won't be able to use any of the features that depend on the location hole card, such as Move To Grid = When Dealt Cards, or Stack table at End of Hand

It should be working now. If it wasn't I would think many more people would be chiming in. When he posted, the website was legitimately down, and another person confirmed it quickly. But now, I am able to do both things that he wasn't: 1. visit the website via browser, and 2. I'm also able to Start the software successfully.
