Yep, this explains it. Whenever the 25/50 level starts, the table will drop out. At that time, SaT is incorrectly thinking this is a €25 buy-in tournament
The problem is, SaT looks for the stakes of the tournament at the start of the title. But, SaT looks for this format: "€10". However yours shows this: "10 €".

Are your PokerStars language set to English? If not, can you try that, and see if it changes how the buyin is displayed in the titlebar? Try that first
Or, maybe you will need to change the language within Windows control panel. This user on the SaT forums had to change the currency within Windows and then it showed the currency the correct way.

It looks like this setting is in the Control Panel -> Region ->
Additional Settings -> Currency Tab
We are trying to get it to show this "€10" for the buyin. Let me know if either of those work
