Cause I used "Party Poker" and now the chat box on the bottom right corner keeps flickering. Also I dont see all action buttons all the time. Sometimes I have to hover over the place where the button should be with my mouse and than the button appears...so there seems to be some kind of a problem. I have 3 colour action button on WPT activated fwiw.
Yeah you want to use the built in PartyPokerModern site, assuming you are using modern theme.
As for the flickering, this is usually a result of not using Scan Mode = DWM in Advanced Options as mentioned on the help page for party:
http://www.stackandtile.com/sat/help/partypoker
If SaT didn't choose DWM by default, and instead chose PW, its likely because you are not using Aero theme in Windows Vista/7. Change to an Aero theme and then change to Scan Mode = DWM, and then remove and re-include all of your sites again.

2. The other site I'm playing is 888 and when I was testing WPT and 888 the 888 table kept being in front on my main slot although I had no action on the 888 table and it was my turn on WPT. Had to move 888 table first in order to be able to click a button on the 888 tables. Guess the "when its my turn to play: pop up the game window" checkbox plays a role here. Do I have to uncheck those on both 888 and WPT? Update: I just unchecked this option and for some reason the 888 table still stays on top..even when I click on the WPT tables in the task bar. The only exception is when its my turn on WPT, then I can get on that table by clicking on it in the task bar. But as soon as I clicked on an action button the 888 table gets back in front again.
Correct. You want to turn off all of those options, as mentioned here:
http://www.stackandtile.com/sat/help/focus-stealing
Now, if 888 is still staying in front, it may be because SaT is ALWAYS thinking that action is required. A quick way to test is to to this: use Move To Grid = Action Required, Start SaT, put one 888 table in the stack using a "Stack" hotkey. See if the table waits in the stack for your turn to act, and then pops out into the next grid slot. If it doesn't wait, and instead pops back out immediately when you try to stack it (or gives the illusion that it just stays in the grid), this likely means that SaT is mistakenly thinking that action is always required. This is a common problem, and is sometimes solved by simply removing and re-Including the site within SaT.
However, with 888, it could possibly be because your grid slot size is too small. The problem with 888 is that the button colors are black except for a slight sliver of color near the bottom of the button. SaT tries to grab this color. What is your grid slot size? Click on the menu File -> Current Layout which will open your layout config file, and near the top there should be two lines "table_width/height". Tell me what those are.
Perhaps your grid slot size isn't even too small. When you initially set up your SaT grid layout, it asked you to click on a table and press F7 to set your grid slot size. Maybe if you used a table from a different site than 888, the scaling got messed up. In this case, you can try creating a new layout with File -> New Layout, and when it asks you to press F7, use an 888 table as your base grid slot size. This might be the best thing to try as long as your slot sizes aren't abnormally small.

3. On 888 when I get a hand and click fold it still moves me to another slot. Whats wrong there?
Its likely what I described above. I should probably update the 888 help page with this info
