i dont know what to tell you. other people had this exact same issue when trying to use custom sites. i put out a fix and they said it worked. now you are experiencing the same thing but it doesnt work for you.

actually this happens on normal poker rooms as well. i have run into similar problems on pokerstars and fulltilt. when SAT scans for the fold button, it looks for the color of the pixel at a location. it then tries to redraw the table. however, if i redraw the whole table, this sometimes results is massive flickering which is very annoying and makes it unplayable. so instead, SAT tries to only redraw certain parts of the table. this is likely causing your browser repaint issues. unfortunatley there is no fix at this time. you can always just minimize and restore the window to force a redraw

i think the problem is that you have a space in your custom ini file, you must have named it "carbon arrrg". just rename the file, remove the space, and restart SaT. ill put a note in the next version so people dont get confused

merge support is not built in, but you can always create your own settings for ANY poker site you wish. for example, the guy before you is attempting to set it up for Carbon Poker

is there a way to change the size of tables in the grid? For some reason when i go to configure grid i cant change the size of tables.

I set up pokerstars at 12 tabling tiled size, but when i come to setting up grid those windows are much bigger and i find no option to resize.

just put in manually the size / resolution of the tables you want.

What is your screen resolution? If that is 1920 * 1080 (most 24" are like this). You can do like this:

12 screen is most likely three rows of 4 screen per row.

so you do 1920 / 4 = 480
and 1080 / 3 = 360

Just put in the setup wizard that you want your screens to be 480 * 360 and you should get 12 tables.

just wondering why you want to use a 12 table grid when using stack and tile..? doesnt make sense.

maybe during the Setup Grid wizard, you didnt correctly press F7 over the table. but like rh3 said, you can manually enter the size you want

as for Configure Grid, you cannot change the grid size through that, at this time. also, you cannot have different size grid slots either (although this may change)

Thanks for the help I got that issue resolved about having the space in the name of my ini file but I have another problem. My tables are in constant tile mode and will not allow themselves to be stacked by me. When I press the fold+stack hotkey on a table it will return to stack then immediately go back to a place on the grid even though I'm out of the hand. Same thing when I press the stack all tables hotkey, they all go to the stack but then immediately spread out onto the grid. My stack slot is always empty as a result. I can prevent this from happening by having the tile setting on "never" but of course that eliminates most of the functionality of this program.

this is happening because SaT is thinking that your tables always require action. there could be a few reasons for this. 1. you didnt correctly set up the fold button during Include Site setup. go to the Sites tab and remove then re-include the site, paying attention to the fold button directions. 2. if you are certain you did it right, then perhaps the color of the fold button is the same as the color of the background behind it. for example, if the table is black, and the fold button is black too, then SaT will not be able to tell the difference if the fold button is visible or not, it will see the black table background the same as the black fold button. in this case, youll have to somehow use a table mod to change the fold button color or table background color, if your pokersite can be modded

tried to set it up to work with Merge (Lock Poker), i got the site added but when i click start i get:

I can just click OK and it still starts S&T, and it works for the tables i have up, but when i try to stop it I get the same error message and S&T keeps running.

two reports, i guess its a problem with removing the recent configs from the File menu. ill push out a fix soon

New format looks good

I have always had a small problem with party poker, I Have had alot of flicker, Also the chat box and buttons, In fact all tabs will disappear and only viewable once I hover the mouse over it.

I had to solve the following problem, before i could play.

When loading the config file, it changed it (removed almost all info). I had to open the file through "file" and "current layout" and manually copy paste the content of the ini. Saving it and restarting SaT did the job, it recognized my hotkeys, pokersite and layout.

Edit: "disable hotkeys" doesn't seem to work. Used combination of keys and just one key (f.e. "Alt--" (!-) and just "-")

yeah ive gotten this report before. unfortunately i cannot test on party poker since they do not let me log in for even play money.


this might have been due to the latest changes which saves the layout configs in the /Layouts directory. glad you got it working though

remember the disable hotkeys is a toggle. so if you set it to "-", you press it once to disable, and again to re-enable. so if you have "F" for fold+restack, you wont be able to chat with the "F" key. so you press "-" once, then try chatting with "F", then press "-" again to use fold+stack again

New version looks pretty good. Definitely makes things easier with the centralised main tab. About layout I would offer these suggestions.

- Remove the Layout, Sites and Hotkey tabs and make them pop up window dialogs. This make it even simpler and less confusing.

- Put the advanced options under the file menu or as a button on the main tab. You wouldn't expect to find more options under the About tab imo.
