Hey,

There's no plans for this right now. Not many people have asked for it, and if I can avoid it I'd rather not have SiQreg handle selecting the buy-in. Because this introduces a possibility to register people for the wrong buy-ins (like if Stars adds/removes games or changes the lobby around)

Are you still having the issue? I just woke up but all servers are up and running for me right now.

If you're still having the same issue, try changing your DNS to Google or OpenDNS.

Ignore my last post. It seems there is an issue connecting on some machines. I'm looking into it now and will try to find a fix ASAP.

Old error is back!

SpinReg is constantly stopping registration and runtime halts. Had some kind of pop-up asking to continue registering after it got fixed last time, nothing pops up anymore.

Maybe you have set the 'New Table Timeout' to 0 or some really high number?

I sent you my Skype a while ago. Check your PMs. If you'd like we can do a TeamViewer session and figure out what's going on. Or at least we could communicate more quickly over Skype to figure it out.

I must have set it to 0 at some point - didn't know it disables that pop-up function anyway. Now it's working again.

So here's the thing with that 'feature'. The program clicks 'register' and then waits for a spin table to open.
But spin tables don't identify themselves as spin tables until the game starts.
Sometimes (especially at the $100s or on non .com clients) spins take 30-90 seconds or more to start after you register. And SOMETIMES PokerStars doesn't even register a game when you click register (either Stars bug or temporary internet disconnect). If it's the first scenario we can try to wait for the game to start, but if it's the second scenario we would be stuck waiting forever. So that's why things are how they are now. Sadly this means if you have bad internet or a buggy PokerStars client the issue will happen more often.

I will try to think of a better solution, because I know how frustrating this must be, but I just want to make sure I avoid OVER registration. As I think that would be a much worse issue for most players.

Hello,
You'll need two subscriptions. But yes, you can have multiple SiQregs open. You'll just need a unique folder for each PokerStars client.

2. For "max multiplayer value" to work I have to add in bottom right white corner to my background, right?

3. Can you explain option below, what is the difference, between those two settings:

1) The 'buyin popup didn't close...' is fine. But the 'No prize pool' error means for those games SiQreg couldn't determine the prize pool.
I am going to PM you my Skype. After you add me you can send me the .PNG files from the error.

2) you don't need to do anything for multiplier detection. The 'white in bottom corner' was from an old version.

3) "from this session" means SiQreg only counts games that SiQreg opened when it considers how many tables you are playing. "All PokerStars games" means any PokerStars table (MTT, cash, etc) will count as an open table. This doesn't count towards your total games played, only for how many tables SiQreg will try to keep open at once.

It turns out this isn't really a SiQreg issue.

This issue is limited to PokerStars.ES users who have not yet updated their PokerStars.ES client after the update pushed today.
The solution is to update your PokerStars client.

Apparently after today's PokerStars.ES update, all older versions of the software are lagging. And that lag was causing the issue.

Best thing you can do is submit the file to your antivirus, and then set your antivirus to ignore/allow it.
I've been submitting samples for false positives since the update. It can take a while for them to update their definitions.

I believe I've found and corrected the code that was causing some false-positives from some antivirus software.
My newest version is getting 100% clean results on VirusTotal.com

If anyone updated in the last 2 days and is still having issues with their antivirus, try downloading again from: https://siqsoft.com/siqregspin/download
You can just swap out the SiQregSpin.exe from that download with the one in your current SiQregSpin folder.
