Could you give me a little more information as to what part of the process isn't working for you? Have you watched the video that came with the initial release of SharpStats?

Thanks for a great product Red!

I have two questions tho, I played a session of 595 hands this morning, comparing my bankroll before and after I could see that I was up 19 bucks but SSCPN is reporting a net win of 9.66 (no errors while importing).

And the second, when checking my set mining stats I get % of PPs That Won $: 130.00% (I wish that was true! :-)

Which view were you using that gave you 9.66? Did you play any hands after midnight server time the night before? If the answer to the last question is no, would you mind sending the applicable hand histories to me (scrubbed HHs would work fine)?

Don't we all wish that . I've spent very little time on that particular report, but I'll take a look at it.

Glad you like it. If you have any specific suggestions, I would love to hear them.

This only for Cash Games?

No, it does tournaments as well.

A question about the All In EV calculation. Does it work in the way that if I was a 70% favourite, it would peak the line slightly higher than if I was a 60% favourite? Does it take the chances of me winning the hand and converting that in to money based on the pot? So if I'm 60% to win a Net of $100, it increases the yellow line by $60?

Cheers

Edit: The main improvements I'd like to see would be a way to leave notes on specific hands, and a hand replayer.

You're pretty close, but the calculation is a bit more complex. The actual formula is: (EV*(Pot - Rake)) - Contribution. Take your example and assume that the hand is from a HU SnG. The total pot size is $200, of which you contributed $100. The EV-Adjusted Net Win would be .6*200-100 or $20.

Notes I can do and will add it to the next revision. A hand replayer is a bit above my programming expertise, but I'll take a look into it after I'm finished with the revamp that I'm working on.

Great, will look forward to the next version.

Again about the EV graph. While the yellow line represents EV of all in situations when there's more cards to come, the blue line represents Total earnings (ie including hands that were not all in, or on the river), right?

Would it not be better for the Cash EV graph to have the blue line only represent actual earnings from all in situations when there's more cards to come? So you can get a better idea of how you have been running.

And then the Cash graph can represent the total earnings including everything.

Cheers

I'll see if I can add your idea as a third option for both cash games and tournaments. Shouldn't be a problem, though.

My misstake, I got a deposit bonus payout for $10 that misslead me.

Another question though, one of my hand histories got broken (i have no idea how), there were only 3 lines in it, so I contacted Cake and they sent me all the hands I played that day. The format I got the hands in doesn't seem to be importable tho, all tables in 1 file for starters, is this something you'd be willing to fix? I could easily make a donation of $50 for it! :-)

I can send you the file if you'd like to see it.

Email sent, but I see now that it seems to lack too much information, like my hole cards and so on. Weird that they can't send me a complete hand history in their original format.

uuuhhhhmmmm, yah. I thought the normal HHs were bad. There's so much more information in this file, and yet they don't include something as simple as your hole cards. My guess is that all of the HHs would look the same (except the header at the start of the file) no matter who requested them, so they don't include any player-specific information. Kinda lazy of them.

Anyway, there's no real way to convert these HHs to work with the current version of SharpStats. I might be able to get it parsed using the new version that I'm currently working on, but I can't guarantee anything.

FlopTurnRiver has a converter that handles NL and PL Hold'Em cash game hand histories.

What kind of errors are you having? If you are referring to the pop-up the you see after importing, it's just saying that there were probably some broken hands that it couldn't read. Go to the Database Editor page and click the Import Errors radio button to see which hands it had problems with.

This error message only comes up if you haven't chosen a Working directory. Click the 'Working' button and choose a directory where you would like SharpStats to move your hand histories after they've been imported. For your convenience, SharpStats creates a SSCPN\Cache folder in your My Documents. I think that I'm going to add that folder as the default in the next version.

Red,
A couple more things;

When I view hands by Date in the Hold Em cash window and sort by Net win, the Total appears in the rank too, as opposed to remaining constantly on the bottom. Or was this intentional?!

I can't seem to get the rakeback calculator working at all, even though I'm asking it to calculate last months total.

For the All-In Hand viewer, does that just show hands that you pushed all in preflop? There are only 6 hands showing for me out of nearly 20k hands.

Cheers

Ok, now I am getting a long error message: "Error connecting to the database please ensure that your configuration info is correct." And a bunch of directories and stuff I dont understand. Thanks for your help.
