It's probably a graphics card setting, because your system should handle what you're saying the setup is w/o problem. I'll see what the developers say when they are in monday and let you know. I'm not sure a log will be helpful, they'll probably want graphic card settings.
My system is as follows:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950x
Motherboard: MSI Meg X570 Godlike
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Mech 2X OC 12GB DDR6 192Bit
RAM: GSkill Trident Z RGB F4-4400C19D G4GB
PSU: MSI MPG A850GF 850W 80+
SSD: WD Black SN850 1TB

Ok, thanks for your setup. Yeah, it's a graphics card config issue for sure. I don't know Radeon very well, I strictly use Nvidia, but Radeon will have a graphic card config setup.

There should be some 3d setup section that you'll want to force your video card to use high performance for pppoker.exe. This is what it looks like in nvidia:

And you'll want to set this up for each version, pppoker2.exe, pppoker3.exe, etc... Again, I don't know Raedon as well, this is their main online support for settings:

Thanks for the tip, I'll try that if ever something happens with HMA.

Hi, I'm using radeon too. Not sure If this helps but if you open the radeon software, in your home page , click "adjust global graphics" on the left side, then use the pre-set for gaming or e-sports. Try if this works for you.

The pppoker client and some of the stuff you're running is resource intensive, so you're going to have to try and configure it if you want smoother performance. There's no way around it unless you just deal w/ any lag you're going to get or run less tables.

the card catcher has been working great. I just have an issue with Ldplayer... for some reason google play stop working, have you experience this? if so, do you have a fix for this? Right now I'm using the desktop version until i get the LDplayer working again.

I have not heard of this. What version of Ldplayer are you running?

Thanks for your answer. Switching to e-sports helped a little bit but I feel like it still uses a lot more resources than it should and tight limitations still apply. I'm pretty sure there should be a manuel configuration in the driver software which solves this problem for good but unfortunately I still couldn't find it.

glad it helped. have you tried adding the pppoker app in radeon game tab then boost/limit the app?

Yes, I did that. I also did pump every metric I could find to the max, but still problems

I wish I knew Raedon settings better, but I'll try and look some things up this week. If it was nvidia, I know those inside and out. Configuring your graphics card correctly is always key in getting smooth performances out of complex setups. Hopefully the esports setting helped enough for now.

I know this issue is not about your product, so it's out of your responsibility zone. But of course I'll welcome all the help. Unfortunately, I'm too fishy (and maybe old) around these things. Switching to e-sports seemed to help at the beginning but unfortunately didn't do much. I still can't open extra tables. Actually it's really a strange bug. It's not that existing tables start to lag after opening new ones (as it normally should be the case). I can open multiple tables (sometimes 2, sometimes 3, sometimes 4) and they work with normal speed but when I try to add, they just don't open. Normally, in weaker systems, they pop up but start to work slower and slower with the additions. In my case, when I try to open fourth or fifth table, anything apart the existing three or four tables stops working. I can't open new tables, I can't open a browser, I can't look at task manager, I can't check Radeon Software, I can't do anything but existing tables work normally. When I start closing these tables one by one, additions that I tried to make earlier start working one by one. Let's say I close one existing table, suddenly a table that I tried to open 10 minutes ago pop up. Then I close another table and browser opens etc. This is totally different than my old system in which everything was working but lagged at the same time.

Hey TheTurk80, I just stop by a PC shop to upgrade my setup. I got curious about your issue so i showed this thread to the tech guy and he said your setup is monster and it shouldn't lag like that. not sure if i get what he said right but, he told me that you may want to check the power supply(because with that kind of setup it takes a lot of juice), cooling system or your driver are not updated. hope it helps.

Hi gio98,

Thanks again for your interest. He's actually rightly pointing to 'usual suspect' spots but my power supply is also capable of handing 'monster' setups and cooling system is top notch as well (I'm always checking temperatures and everything is under control). As for driver, I just upgraded to the latest one issued by AMD, but I still think it has to be something with the driver, probably some fine tuning setting that is not in the right place and which I'm not aware of.

Yeah, your situation with your hardware shouldn't be an issue. Is it possible to call Raedon support or the people you purchased the system from also? They should know ideal graphic card setups.

I've run bigger setups w/ built in graphics cards on laptops, so something is really off, and again, I wish I could provide more direction there outside of the settings that have already been suggested in here. I will continue to ask around as well though because I want to help of course.

People who sold it have no clue. I should and will write a mail to Radeon, though

I asked the most knowledgeable PC person I know yesterday and they said even w/ just esports setup, and your PC, you should have no issue. They said something else is going on w/ the system. Maybe run through and update all of your drivers, try and clean your system, etc..

When I updated my AMD Radeon driver to the latest version, there are two tabs which tell you about fixed issues and known issues. I saw the following 'known issue' which means it's probably still not fixed: "Radeon performance metrics and logging features may intermittently report extremely high and incorrect memory clock values." Maybe it has to do something with my problem. But then again, it's not only a theoritical problem wrongly displayed on performance checkers, but a reality which affects the performance. I don't know...

I'm on something possibly. When checking Windows' Task Manager GPU usage, I see that all the load is on 'Copy' engine and other engines like 3D etc. aren't used at all. Maybe if there's a way to move the load to other engines, things can run smoother? Or maybe even an allocation to CPU is needed, I have no idea about these things but it seems CPU is barely stretching it's legs. Maybe it can take some load off GPU?

The GPU should be carrying most of the work in this situation / case. Does Raedon have online support? They might have someone who can help allocate resources in their setup better. Something else is going on w/ your system though, because like I said, I literally have half the hardware you have on one of my systems and I can run 6+ tables with zero issues. I asked support if they run across this issue ever, and they said no.

I couldn't find online support but I opened a discussion in their official community thread. Maybe someone has an idea

Not the place to ask. This is the support thread for pppoker catcher. <--- this works w/ pppoker and the asian hand converter works w/ pokerbros.
