Hi, before i gather more hand history. I want to ask what hand format do you suggest i use for PT4? ipoker,PS or asian poker club?

You can't use APC format anymore... I'd suggest red dragon. Make sure you have the latest version of pppoker catcher above and set it for red dragon.

ok, so i click Asian poker club in ppp card catcher settings then choose reddragon for pokersite. thanks for the advice!

Correct... you have to have the latest pppoker update, otherwise these options won't be available.

Hey FD can you check your inbox? I sent you a few PM's over the weekend.
My program is pretty busted right now. Just tried to play a session, after 100 hands only 5 were imported into PT4.
HUD wasnt showing up at all on one table, was showing the wrong players on another.

I should have noted, and support just messaged me about this. If you're using the latest PT4, that's the problem. You need to downgrade, or update your pppoker catcher and use a new format. Pt4 removed pppoker import/hud support in their latest update. You're allowed to contact them about why this is.

We contacted them last week.

I'd have to agree, and not just because I'm being biased. It's primarily because hm/pt removed pppoker import, so you have to do a couple of extra settings to get it working.

No, HM2 should still be ok. You shouldn't even be missing one hand, unless you have an unstable connection. You can click on settings in the catcher, click create log, send that .zip file to support and they can check into it for you.

You don't need to upgrade, just purchase the 3 month license, it's the same price. And you can purchase whenever. The license expiration doesn't start until you register and activate the license through the app.

It begins when you activate it from within the software. It doesn't begin upon purchase with renewals or new licenses.

I didnt know that, I thought renewing automatically starts the timer. thanks for the info. I still think purchasing a new license instead of renewing is the better option

If you want to avoid downtime, then yes. I'm sure you'e noticed, at the bottom of the form you can see how many days you have left before your license expires.
