If you're still stuck, click on settings in the catcher, click create log and send that .zip file to support. That will be the quickest way to know what's going on. First step is just make sure you have the latest pt4 and catcher versions. If you're using ldplayer make sure you have adb root access enabled (it says this as a warning in several places in the catcher).

I have it, so I don't get it. the initial setup is easy. I follow the process startup correctly yet not working. Only thing could be the directory...

when I do auto detect, it uses the first one. I manually add the second like the instructions say. which one should I keep? This is under PPPoker in PT4 config.

I also have ipoker configured to catch the PP hand histories folder under APS.

Also, if you using a VPN, I know expressvpn can sometimes cause issues. That's the only one I know that sometimes interferes w/ the IP needed to connect.

Send the logs so we can check it out. That would be the quickest way to know what's going on. Otherwise, we'll just be guessing back and forth.

PPPoker came out with a new (mandatory) update. I don't know if this is a problem with the Card Catcher or Holdem Manager 3, but PPP won't allow to open a table (it says prohibited software was detected) when HM3 is opened. Can somebody report if other trackers are still working?

I have 21 days remaining on my license, and I haven't been able to play one single hand with this product. I emailed support days ago with a log, and there hasn't been any help.

I see above you changed your settings. Did you try and remove your ipoker settings and just configure it in pt4 for ppp or asian club format?

It's obviously some setting that is off, and I'm not sure what you changed, but I'll have extra time added to your license for you.

You can only run one or the other. There's really no need to run both if you're running the android version any ways.

Ok, just wanted to make sure because i was unable to make the two work at the same time. I figured since the desktop version is lighter than the emulator i could run more table. Right now i'm stuck on 6 tables on emulator, adding more and my PC cant take it. I guess i will have to upgrade my hardware. thanks for the info.

Yeah, I should upgrade. luckily there's a lot of christmas promos right now

My PC specs is 3.5gh, 12GB RAM and 128gb SSD and 500gb HHD.

Its an i3 dual core, i purchased it around 4~5 years ago, probably the only hardware i didnt upgrade yet on my system because if i do, I would have to replace the motherboard too. Well... its time to change it anyway.

And you said you had an SSD and HDD. Get all of your poker related software on your SSD drive. It will make a huge difference as well.
