We don't support h2n. It will work w/ Drivehud, HM and PT.

Yes. But the database you're using needs to support it as well. If you're using HM/PT it will cut off the 5th card. If you're using Drivehud it will fully support PLO5.

If i import my 5card plo hand from drivehud and then I import them to PT4, is it possible for it to retain the the fifth card or will it be deleted like tracking it in PT4

No. Drivehud supports PLO5, and PT4 doesn't still to my knowledge, so the 5th card will be cut off. You should be able to import the hand, but you won't have the 5th hole card.

I'm not sure if this was asked before but how does DriveHUD grab run it twice or 3X hands? will it show 2 hands played in my database for that 1 hand?

Drivehud will show all 2 or 3 river cards. In the re-player they are stacked on top of each other.
