You'd need to email support to get a new one. They can easily handle that for you, np.

send a message to support, they should be able to change it to AHC if the license was not used.

Done, got the new license. they had to double check the key if its really unused because it was purchased more than a year ago. thanks for the help.

I just switch to AHC and it was a smooth transition. Just want to say thanks for your support instructions on setting it up. If i need help, I'll post in your AHC thread, cheers
