I am in between the two and the flat cost of PokerRanger is a bit more attractive than the subscription based cost of this. In addition, PokerRanger has a analysis feature similar to CardRunnersEV. Oh, don't even consider PokerRanger. Believe me, I went through all of these programs with a fine tooth comb and the flat rate of $79 basically makes PokerRanger the most expensive equity calculator on the market. For that price, I can assure you, you are getting an inferior product to Power Equilab.
Go look at the PR thread. They've been talking about PR2 for over a year and PR itself is just not anywhere near as used as PE is at this point. The way PE integrates itself into the web and allows just about any text or screenshot to be copy/pasted to any site or forum, pretty much makes it the standard in poker software today.
I don't know specifically which analysis feature you're referring to but once again, there is no question here that PE does much more, and faster, than PR.
