Can you make it possible to filter for fractional SPR values? Currently the quick filter menu only accepts whole number values in the SPR field and returns an "Unacceptable Character" error message when you try to enter something that's not a whole number.

Hi in the last 2 days the hud has stopped working on zoom (stars). the hands still import to the graph but no hud. Any ideas what i can do? I have updated to the latest version but still no luck

I don't know whether it is a PT4 or a IHC one...
Today I've sat at the tables and my HUD default HUD for bodog didn't work. It seems PT4 doesn't recognize the bodog tables as ipoker.
Where's the problem? With PT4 or IHC?

There is a known issue in the PokerStars software after a recent update where some data is incorrect which means that the Hud will only appear at one Zoom table (for each stake) at once, but that shouldn't stop the Hud appearing at all.
Try uninstallating and re-installing the PokerStars software, and be sure to install it in English.
Also check that it is configured to save hand histories and tournament summaries as that setting can occasionally get lost when updating. PokerStars Configuration Guide
If that doesn't help please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.

That sounds like an issue with your handgrabber. If you didn't update PT4 or your grabber then something must have changed at Bodog that the grabber needs to accommodate.

Is amt_bb_won in the table tourney_hand_player_statistics the net amount of big blinds won/lost during a hand? Which is the final starting stack (after the hand is over) minus the initial starting stack? My most salient question is: does initial starting stack include antes and/or blinds that will be posted in the hand, or are those excluded from the initial stack?


So as an example:
9 players (all have 50bb stacks) post an ante of 0.1bb

BTN Opens 2bb

SB and BB both call

Flop (6.9bb) x-x-Cbet-f-f

Would the amt_bb_won field have the following values in this example?

BTN: 4.8bb (Final stack: 54.8; Initial stack: 50)
SB, BB: -2.1 (Final Stack: 47.9; Initial Stack: 50)
All Other Players: -0.1 (Final Stack=49.9; Initial Stack=50)

Yes. You can verify this for yourself in PokerTracker 4 by looking at the 'BB Won' stat for a player in a given hand.

Does bet_made_pct and raise_made_pct give bet/raise sizings as a percentage of the pot? Do they work as demonstrated in the following examples?

Assume we want to consider a 42.5% pot bet and a 42.5% pot raise.


Bet_made_pct
Pot=5.5bb
Bet (42.5% Pot)=2.3bb

Raise_made_pct
Pot=5.5bb
Player 1 Bets 2.3bb-Player 2 (42.5% Pot Sizing) Raises to 6.6bb total

For the raise, additional amount would be .425*(Pot+Bet*2)=.425*(5.5+2.3*2)=4.3bb (giving a total raise size of 6.6bb) because it also includes Player 2's call of the initial 2.3bb bet? Is that correct?

That's not correct - it's 41.8%:

(2.3 / 5.5) * 100 = 41.8%

The raise made by player 2 is 84.6% of pot:

(6.6 / (2.3 + 5.5)) * 100 = 84.6%

Stores the actions of a player on a street in order where 'X' is a check, 'B' is a bet e.t.c.

amt_buyin = the buyin of the tournament in the currency it was played.

amt_buyin_curr_conv = the buyin of the tournament in your selected 'My Currency' in PokerTracker 4.

Do you offer an extended free trial similar to like hem? Only used it and tested it for few days and stopped testing it because i couldn't get the hud to look like hem.



Did recall there wasn't that much lag even when testing lot of tables but the hud didn't have the visual look i like similar to the old hem hud and also didn't get to mix two sites at once.



Can others here tell me if they have any lag issues when playing lot of tables and mixing sites like stars/888 and or party/888?

Yes - BetOnline/Chico support requires a third-party hand converter to write the hand histories PokerTracker 4 needs to import hands and display a HUD.

Is there a way PT4 can check hand distribution status in a specific scenario?


e.g.
I would like to check all the combos in a matrix that I play in SB, so I can find out which combos are losing.

If it does, can I add some logic in the scenario?
Like in a 3bet pot, hero is OOP aggressive and the action line is bet-bet-bet. I would like to check in the matrix of each combo status.

Is it possible to turn off the auto detection when importing tournament HHs?

You can view hands in a matrix using the 'Holdem Hand Range Visualizer' report in the 'Statistics' section of PokerTracker 4 and from there you can add filters for position and your actions. To see results you will need to click on each combo as win/loss isn't displayed in the hand matrix itself although you can create a 'Summary' report and group by 'Starting Hands' to see results by hole cards but that will be in list form.

You can change tournament detection settings via 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Tournaments' but detection can't be turned off entirely.

I would like to know if its possible to create the matrix for all players combined (so basically a population report) and not just hero? I know we can create population-level reports in the My Reports tab but there is not similar filters available in the Holdem Hand Range Visualizer tab.

It's not possible to create a matrix style report for the population in PokerTracker 4.

Can you add native support for Canadian $ games (Party Ontario and 888 Ontario - possibly Stars and GG soon)? I've been using adjust stakes + currency options but it's a bit tedious after every session.

I am doing some work with the DB and need to print to actor's string and aggressor's string into reports. I think leading zeros are being dropped for the actor's string. Is there a way to tell PT4 to print this statistic as text are simply in include leading zeros?
