Enabling logging doesn't change anything other than the production of a log file but if you cannot reproduce this issue anymore then there isn't any need to open a Support Ticket.

I think you misunderstood my reply. You were asking if you could use PokerTracker 4 on two of your computers and I confirmed that you could.

I often have the problem with Pokertracker 4 that the Hud in Spin Go Max tables is not displayed correctly. I always have to move the labels. It's very annoying. Can this be fixed?

Are you saving the new HUD positions so they are remembered for future tables after moving them? To do that click the 'PT-icon' and select 'Save Layout'.

What are your preferred seat settings in PokerStars and PokerTracker 4? If you have selected specific preferred seats in the PokerStars software then this overrides the "Always Auto-Center Me" for those tables sizes (on non-Zoom tables) so we recommend that you select "Always Auto-Center Me" in the PokerStars software and don't select any specific preferred seats:

1. In PokerStars go to "Settings -> Table Appearance -> Preferred Seat" and enable "Always Auto-Center Me". Next deselect any specific preferred seats for the tables displayed below so there are no ticks showing.

2. In PokerTracker 4 go to "Configure -> Site & Import Options -> PokerStars" and enable "Auto-Center". Next deselect any specific preferred seats selected in PokerTracker 4 so there are no ticks showing.

Please note that when you join a regular table PokerTracker does not know where you are seated until after you play your first hand at which point it can then rotate the HUD to the correct places. Also whenever you move/adjust the HUD you should then save those new positions by clicking the PT-icon and choosing "Save Layout". Therefore if you join a table and the view rotates to put you in your preferred seat you should not move/save the HUD until after this happens. Going forward PokerTracker 4 will automate this placement for you (after your first hand at the table has imported).

Right now I got PT4 activated both on my desktop and on my laptop.
Now that I've finally purchased a new desktop I'd like to move the laptop license to the new one, how can I do it?

You can uninstall PokerTracker 4 from one of your current computers and then use your existing registration code to install to a new one. If you want to transfer your existing poker data then you should create a database backup before uninstalling PokerTracker 4.

Go to 'Actions and Opportunities -> River -> River Actions Encountered With Sizes'. Note that when using the percentage of the pot option the bet faced is how much a player has to call - it's the pot odds and the bet amount is included. So, for example, if a player bets $10 into a $10 pot then the bet faced by the other player is now 50% of the pot (10/20). This definition is necessary in order to distinguish between situations where a bet has been called before you or not as that changes the pot odds.

Hi, is it just me or pt4 can't really tag hands in progress with zoom?

That's not possible with Zoom. On a regular table the hand in progress is always the next hand that imports but that isn't true for Zoom tables where because of fast folding there will be multiple hands in progress at the same time.

I use a PT4 database for both ACR & Ignition. My ACR hands are taking a bit longer to load. The HUD shows the last hand on like 15-30 second delay i.e. when the next hand is already on the flop. I tried to increase the PT4 show time settings, but I'm guessing it's a db slowness from the large size. It also seems to miss some ACR hands here & there without any errors in PT4.

Any way to improve this without starting a new db?

I'm going to purge all the Ignition hands once the new year start, but don't want to do it before then. I obviously would like to keep all my ACR hands moving forward. Thanks

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here and advise you accordingly. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

I don't know if/when support will be added for these games but you can let us know your interest and be automatically notified if it's added in a future update via a Support Ticket.

That will need a custom expression filter - see this post. You can edit the starting stack as required but if the total number of players isn't known/correct or if there are add-ons/ rebuys then it will not work for those tournaments. You can use expression filters in 'My Reports' by clicking on the 'Filters' link and selecting 'Add New Expression Filters'.
