This guide covers the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide goes into more detail. While the latter was written for PokerTracker 3 the techniques still all apply to PokerTracker 4.

Thanks. Being used to HEM2, PT4 does seem much less user friendly/harder to work things out by yourself/harder to find the stats you want

Ipoker hands are counting the entire pot as winnings/losses in pt4. So if i raise to $5 heads up and my opponent calls. Pot $10. Gets checked down and i win at showdown, its saying im profiting $10, rather than $5. Any idea how i can fix this?

Can you please zip/compress a sample of these hand histories from iPoker and attach them to a Support Ticket. By default those files will be in your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows computer. Thank you

I don't see any support tickets for that email account, but if you post your ticket number here we can take a look for you.

Also check your junk email folders in case a reply was incorrectly flagged.

Go to My Account > My Support Tickets when logged into the PokerTracker website to see the ticket numbers and status of your tickets.

The ticket ID is asking about the email sent on the address above. But the ticket ID is "Ticket #674946"

I have re-sent the application on the support ticket in case the email was lost somehow.

Are WPN summaries a thing yet?

Initial support was added for WPN tournament summaries on 3rd August 2020. Unfortunately these files still do not contain complete tournament summary data so some results will still have to be manually edited. We have been in contact with WPN about adding the extra required information but I don't if/when they will make any changes in that regard.

What was the fix to this? My hud stopped working for 1 WPN skin but works for the others. I’ve tried a few things and can’t get it to come back.

Are hands importing into PokerTracker 4 from this skin? If no hands are importing then the HUD cannot work so make sure that this particular WPN skin is creating the hand history files PokerTracker 4 needs otherwise report to us in a Support Ticket with your log file so we can see what's going on here:

I recently got a new laptop and I am trying to transfer my database over to it using the backup and restore instructions. At the end of the restore, I keep getting this error message, and I can't make heads or tails of what to do about it:

Not importing at all. It’s only the true skin other sites and WPN skins are importing fine.

That looks like you are overwriting a database with the same name and the original database cannot be deleted as something else is using it. If you are using NoteCaddy you can temporarily disable it or try restoring the database with a different name instead of overwriting when offered the option.

Make sure that this particular WPN skin is actually creating the hand history files PokerTracker 4 needs otherwise report to us in a Support Ticket with your log file so we can see what's going on here:

I play on stars/party/888. But i usually play on one site at once or multitable 2 of the sites. Rarely do i have 3 clients ever running and playing at 3 sites at a time. So say playing on stars/888 or party/888 etc.



I been a long time HEM2 user. And since 888 did that software update, hud in HEM2 no longer works. I mainly play on party/888 and when running hem2, there were always issues with party client lagging. The client would crash as well. But the mouse disappearing is a huge issue with it but control alt delete would fix it. But when playing on party solely, it is no where as bad though. Thing is when im playing on 888 and party, majority of the time, i do not even see the fold/call/bet amounts because of how laggy party software is. So i literally have to use hotkeys for it.



Since hem2 hud no longer work for 888, i am using trial version of hem3 for 888. I am also playing on party. But the party client freezes all the time. When I close client and reopen it... assuming hem3 hud is running since i have 888 tables opened... the party tables don't even load at all. So all my party tables are frozen and im auto folding at all my tables. When I closed hem3 and 888 and reopened party client, only then did the party tables opened back up but its really slow.



So because of this, i know the culprut is hem3 and/or the 888 software. But obviously the party software is the worst of all and causing this.

Does the pokertracker hud and program lag like the hem3 software? The thing is i remember looking at the pokertracker hud and i wasn't a big fan of it. I like specifically how the hem2 hud looks which is why i stick with it. I made it look the same with hem3.



Basically i want stats with like 5 stats on each line and having 3 lines or so like this


x/x/x/x/x
x/x/x/x/x
x/x/x/x/x


I also have it in a way where the hem2 hud doesn't obstruct the view of many things on the table.



If I use pokertracker, is it possible to make the hud look exactly like how the hem2 hud looks or it isn't possible?



Also, when you import hands and hud running, is there a ton of lag if you play a decent amount of tables? Example imagine 12+ tables or even 20 tables.



Back when I used hem2 and played on stars and/or 888, rarely was there even lag even when i tried testing 20 tables. But since aurora and the new 888 software, the lag is really bad.

I doubt you could get them looking 100% exactly the same but you should be able to create something very similar.
Performance will depend on many different factors so I cannot say one way or another. There is a free trial you can use to evaluate PokerTracker 4 and if you experience an issue you can report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file so we can see what's going on and advise you accordingly:

Is there a relationship between "Tourney Flag" and "Tourney Description"?

Flags are selectable in the left sidebar of reports which allow for the filtering of tournaments by description.
