If it's none of those then I don't see what can be causing that. You are welcome to
report this issue to us although I'd first suggest purging and reprocessing your NoteTracker notes and hopefully that should remove the duplicate entries.

I cannot see what poker site(s) they are for however the information provided in hand histories varies by site/tournament but for any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually

If all these tournaments are on PokerStars then please make sure you are
saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries in addition to the hand histories. If you need further assistance please include all relevant information detailing the problem in a
Support Ticket, attach a
zip file with a sample of hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you and we can see if the tournament detection rules can be updated.
