Hi - my c buy ins from WPN mtt's only shows the buy ins for 5, 15, 50$ spins not majority of tournaments.

Is there a setting to fix this or do i need to manually enter each buy in amount?

Have you selected the correct active player for your report? Do you have any filters active? If you need further assistance please attach screenshots of your entire PokerTracker 4 report windows either here or privately in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on.

They will need to be entered manually. While initial support was added for WPN tournament summaries in PokerTracker v4.15.23 these files are new and we are working with WPN to improve the amount of data available to PokerTracker 4.

Hands that are run more than twice are not supported at this time. If you want to be linked to this request and be notified should support be added in a future update then please open a Support Ticket.

unable to install database on new PT4 install. Tried several time and the same result. Windows 10

Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it? If the PostgreSQL service is not listed at all then it will need to be installed so follow this guide and manually download and install PostgreSQL v9.6 from here.

After downloading the PostgreSQL installer you should right-click the file and run as administrator and for the two password boxes you can use "dbpass" (no quotes) which is what PokerTracker 4 uses by default. If the PostgreSQL installer does not complete successfully then please send us this file in a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\Temp\install-postgresql.log

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then see this guide.

This isn't a simple change but if there is enough demand it may be prioritized higher. You can register your interest with us by opening a Support Ticket.

PokerTracker 4 is designed to only show your session stats in the HUD at each table. As your own number of hands increases your lifetime stats don't change much if at all between hands but your image at each individual table may vary considerably depending on the cards you've been dealt or your opponents. If you want to see your lifetime stats for analysis purposes you can do so in your PokerTracker 4 reports or load up a hand (any hand) in the replayer and turn that option on via the 'Options' button.

I do not have a timescale for that but you can sign up for the Ignition/Bovada Hand Grabber beta here:

That isn't necessary. You can enter your registered email address and the last six digits of your registration code as it is displayed in the 'Help -> About' window to signup to the Hand Grabber Beta.

I tried to install database manualy but it does not load up and pt4 does not start. I have Hand2Note and Drivehud and those work fine but Pockertracker 4 does not load up no matter what I do, I installed database manualy folowing guide

Hello, is the Grosvenor ipoker skin supported on PT4? It's always worked fine for other ipoker skins and other networks I play on.

It says "no ipoker skins were detected on this computer"

Is there an updated configuration helper for partypoker/PT4? In options/advanced, there is no mention of hand histories there at all.

It depends on which partypoker client you are using. Unfortunately partypoker.com no longer save hand history files so that option doesn't exist there but you can download hands from the partypoker client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' to review/track your data:

Some partypoker clients on region specific skins with their own player pool still offer the option to save hand history files.

It says - NO IPOKER NETWORK SKINS APPEAR TO BE INSTALLED.

I currently have the client open, all the settings are sorted and I'm playing on it!

In the drop down menu - ipoker skin/Time Zone - Grosvenor is not in the list.

I answered this question in my previous reply. If your skin isn't detected you can click 'Add' to manually select the correct hand history folder so your hands can be imported:

This isn't relevant to whether the iPoker client is detected or not. iPoker do not specify the timezone in their hand histories so these options are provided if your hands are importing in PokerTracker 4 with the wrong time and if that is the case you can pick any skin here as long as the timezone is the same.

Hey for some reason ACR doesn't track MTT buy in amounts or losses/wins, anyway to fix this thanks.

I see the PT4 tutorial on how to set up the postgres server to connect via LAN. I don't see anywhere that explains how to do it securely with something via Putty or something similar? Is there a better way than ssh that I don't know about?

I don't know what your Windows username is, the specific names your poker site will be using or your iPoker alias however there is no need to type anything in since you navigate into the relevant folders as you go by clicking on them after selecting 'Add' in 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> iPoker Network'. If the 'AppData' folder isn't visible after going into your Windows user folder then it is currently hidden and you will need to unhide it - see this guide.
