partypoker.com no longer provide downloadable hand history files as you play but you can download hands from the partypoker client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' to review/track your data:

https://help.partypoker.com/en/poker...q/hand-history

If you are on a region specific skin with its own player pool that still provides hand history files as you play then a HUD would still be supported:

PartyPoker Configuration Guide

If your hands from either of those sources are not importing then make sure you have updated to the latest version of PokerTracker 4 otherwise please send your sample to us in a Support Ticket.

I am wondering if there is easy way to adjust this one so that it only tracks when the raise is not an allin raise, I just want to see when BTN opens up the pot for normal amount like 2bb, 3bb etc.
You can adjust that by specifying the size of the open faced or compare the size of the raise faced to the players stack to determine if it puts them all-in or not. If you need it this guide covers the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide goes into more detail.

I'm currently running the trial and mostly happy thus far (I was a PT2/PT3 customer way back when).

There's one thing that bothers me, though. It is that PT4 installs an outdated and unsupported version of postgresql with known security vulnerabilites.

After purchasing, will I be able to migrate to postgresql 9.6.x? (I cannot attempt to do this myself as some database management functionality seems disabled in the trial version.)

Just starting this week for some reason at least once a session my ipoker hands start displaying 1 hour earlier than they were actually played (leading me to think import stopped working , then finding them displaying 1hr early) and are fixed when i go configure->ipoker-> and just hit ok without changing any timezone / leaving it on default (GMT)

This is happening with ignition/app catcher HHs but the only thing i touch to fix it is within pokertracker so i lean towards it being a tracker issue and not a card catcher issue? Anyone find a fix to stop this from happening?

After purchasing you will be able to backup your existing data and then restore it to PostgreSQL v9.6:

Original iPoker hands do not specify the timezone so that's why those settings exist in PokerTracker 4. Furthermore we do not support third party converted hands for Ignition and native support for downloaded Ignition hands has been added to PokerTracker 4:

Guide: Manual Import of Ignition (Bovada/Bodog) Hand Histories

An integrated Hand Grabber is also currently available in free beta to existing PokerTracker 4 license holders to allow for the import of live hands and a HUD on the table. Only regular cash games are supported at this time with tournament support to follow in a future update:

Ignition(Bovada/Bodog) Beta Hand Grabber

So I am using the trial and I had played 5 events before installing Poker Tracker. I played 2 more and I can not get PT to import those events. It says it is pulling from the right folder of where my histories are stored.

I am following this thread along with the ICC thread daily, waiting on PrincessLaydown or someone else to confirm that the latest PT4 and ICC updates are compatible with each other. My current setup is PT4v4.15.19 and ICCv2.14.3. This combo works perfectly for me (other than my hands are still loading 1 hour earlier in PT4 than actual time)

So we can investigate that please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Just switched from HEM 3 to PT4. So far, I'm very happy with the software. It's faster than HEM 3 and definitely less buggy.

I did have two quick questions about how PT4 calculates all-in ev in certain situations.

Here's the hand in question:

Yatahay Network - $6 PL Hi - Omaha Hi - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4: http://www.pokertracker.com

Hero (SB): $3,416.89
BB: $1,601.35
UTG: $454.38
MP: $144.75
CO: $1,922.38
BTN: $1,267.88

Hero posts SB $3.00, BB posts BB $6.00

Pre Flop: (pot: $9.00) Hero has Qs 4h Ah Ac
fold, MP raises to $21.00, fold, BTN calls $21.00, Hero calls $18.00, BB raises to $105.00, MP raises to $144.75 and is all-in, BTN calls $123.75, Hero raises to $684.00, BB raises to $1,601.35 and is all-in, fold, Hero calls $917.35

Flop : ($3,492.20, 3 players) 5d 5h Jc

Turn : ($3,492.20, 3 players) 2d

River : ($3,492.20, 3 players) 8d

Hero shows Qs 4h Ah Ac (Two Pair, Aces and Fives)

BB shows 8c 6d Kd Kc (Flush, King High)

MP shows 2s 9s Ks Kh (Two Pair, Kings and Fives)

BB wins $3,489.20

Can't get the 2+2 hand converter to work (internal server error). Maybe somone can convert this for me?

As you can see, it's a 3-way all-in preflop. PT4 shows the correct percentages in the HH - I have 55% preflop. Unfortunately, I don't end up winning the pot. When I go into PT4 (graph/summary pages), PT4 treats this hand as if I had 0%. I'm given a -$1601.35 ev for this hand instead of the correct amount. Is this because the short stack is the first one to shove? Not sure if this is a known bug or what's going on here.

My second question. For the cap games on ACR, the EV is also not calculating properly. Currently, if two players are all-in (capped) pre or at any spot before the river, the EV is only given to the winner. So say I am all-in and actually have 40% pre, but end up winning the pot, PT4 will give me 100% of the ev. I know this is a bug for sure. Is this because ACR writes the HH a certain way or is PT4 actively working on a fix for cap EV?

Thanks for the help.

Trying to filter all hands that were 3b preflop by anyone including myself or an opponent.

actions and opp --> actions preflop --> raised preflop --> any 3Bet

Is that the correct filter? It looks like it is only including spots where HERO is the 3 better. Not seeing spots where hero faced a 3b

Adjusted equity is not calculated in hands where a player calls an all-in and then subsequently folds which is what the BTN does in this hand. If adjusted results were calculated only when no-one folds, that will mean that this will be for hands where the players generally had stronger hands, and this would introduces a bias in the results.

This is a known issue and if you open a Support Ticket we can remind the development team about this and notify you when it's fixed.

If you want to apply a filter to all players and not just the active player in the report then you need to do so in a custom report and turn off the 'Filter On Active Player' option.

Hello,

I'm using PT4 and recently I'm playing on Bwin (PartyPoker skin). I want to upload my hand history into PT4 but I can't find the directory where the HH is saved.

The hand history can be accessed in the Bwin client but can't find any further information. Any idea where it can be stored?

Hello ...

Thanking you very much for making such user-friendly tool as this one!

Please tell me if it is possible to create HAND REPORT for player who is not HERO to be active player. I only see option to change active players for the PLAYER report. So for example of something I want to do, I want to filter for certain stacks sizes, and positions of first raisers, etc. but I want to see where these were things done in hand by players not HERO (so I am trying to do this to make poppulaton read and adjustment)

Also please making option for some users to turn off minimize all windows when minimized main client window!

Check for C:\Program\{Client Name}\{Client Name}\HandHistory. Partypoker.com no longer provides downloadable hand history files as you play so if your Bwin client has the same policy a HUD will not work there but you can possibly download hands from the Bwin client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' to review/track your data as long as it offers the option:

https://help.partypoker.com/en/poker...q/hand-history

If you are on a region specific skin with its own player pool that still provides hand history files as you play then a HUD would still be supported:

The last version of pokertracker I used was in 2014. It was whatever was up to date at the time. Would this version still work today? Or do I have to purchase the program again?
