Please open a Support Ticket and we can send you an update which should resolve that.

So we can find out what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

This has never happened to me before, but at the end of my session today I noticed that PT4 was showing that I had won a lot more $ than I knew I actually had. So upon further investigating I found 2 hands that are showing I won significantly more in them, than what was actually won.

If I open up the hands itself and go to the hand history text tab, it shows the proper amount that was actually won.

I can confirm this issue... this is happening for me as well past 2 days ever since I updated PT4, hands that I bet more than what villain has and win the pot. PT4 gives me profit of my overbet amount... Is weird also that my PT4 hands are showing 1 hour earlier for past 4 days (even 2 days before I updated)

Yes this seems to be the issue, as the only thing different is the newest PT4 version. Like I said, I've never had this issue before and I've been using PT4 since early 2013.

I downgraded to the previous PT4 version until this is fixed.

Can you please report this to us via our support system with a sample of these hands. Thank you.

I sent a suoort ticket along with my hands from past 2 days. I am trying to find out how to downgrade to v18 until this gets resolved. Will downgrading to previous version mess up my stats from past few days?

I downgraded to v18 but still getting same issues... Let me know if v18 fixed you. I starting to think this may be a ICC issue

I haven't played another session since the original issue. I downgraded to the previous ICC version as well. Not going to screw around with this stuff.

ok cool... let me know after your next session if this fixed your problem... I downgraded PT4 but not ICC and was same issues. So I upgraded back to v19 in PT4

Bear in mind we do not officially support converted hands for Ignition from third party converters so if the issue is with those hands I would also suggest contacting the provider of that software but we will still take a look if you send your sample to us.

What is your support ticket number?

You are not specifying either directly/indirectly you saw the flop so if BTN raises, SB calls and you fold then you will still see those hands. If you don't want that you can add a filter for facing a steal and that will only return hands where the SB folded. This will also filter out hands where the raise wasn't a steal e.g. when BTN raises vs a limper(s) so you don't see hands where BTN raises, you fold and the limper calls but if you want to still see hands where you called and the limper folded that would need another filter.

Today I downgraded PT4 to v4.15.18 and also ICC to 2.14.3 and works perfectly again. I understand Ignition Hand Grabber doesnt work now. But myself, I prefer ICC. So I will keep this setup until PT4 and/or ICC gets together and resolves.

My hands are still logging an hour behind (this has been happening for past 5 or 6 days) but at least the win/loss stat is now correct. When I was using Ignition Hand Grabber yesterday with v4.15.19, the time was logging correct, but not with the hands from ICC. But IHG doesnt keep up with fast tables as good as ICC, so like I said, I prefer the older version of PT4 and ICC for now

Anybody else having problems with the previous hand loading so slow with the new versions of PT4/ICC in MTTs?

If you send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket we can check to see if you have a specific database issue which might be causing that:

Ok, cool. Check and see if you are also missing a lot of hands in the HUD display even tho they are being picked up by PT4. I just starting notice that issue today along with the ongoing slowness.

Hello I am trying to create custom statistic for small blind vs big blind confrontation but I am not able to figure out proper syntax.

What I am specifically looking for is statistic that tells me how often player in SB give a walk to the BB player (so if you imagine everyone else is folding to the SB player, I am wanting to see how often SB player folds on the preflop), also what would be useful is another statistic that tells me if SB limps how often does BB raise it?

also finally it would be useful statistic to know if blind vs blind situation, when SB limps and BB raise it how often does SB fold (I am only interest in the heads up sb vs bb case)

I know asking this is like asking for a cheat on an examanation but please if you can help me I would very much appreciate!!

I am wondering if there is easy way to adjust this one so that it only tracks when the raise is not an allin raise, I just want to see when BTN opens up the pot for normal amount like 2bb, 3bb etc.
