Blitz HUD not working?

Windows 7 + PokerTracker 4 after new year:

"Your computer's clock is set incorrectly. Please adjust it to the actual date and time and restart PokerTracker" - yet I haven't changed date or time at all. Restarting computer didn't help either.

I am interested in hearing the explanation of why you had this feature in the code in the first place.

It was a bug in which they forgot about. That's what the post says.

A HUD isn't supported on Blitz tables and it will not be possible until if/when WPN provide seating files for those tables. If you want to be contacted should Blitz support be added in a future update then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

You can download the latest version of PokerTracker 4 for your Mac here and that will resolve the time issue:

Downloaded the fix for the 2020 problem and as a result had to update my database. The update process has now been running for 16+ hours without resolving I assume something is wrong?

You need to run that code in PGAdmin which is a tool for PostgreSQL. Click your Windows Start button, type 'pgadmin' and you should see it. If you don't have the full instructions for using it then please contact ProPokerHUDs support for further details.

There is no database update in this version specifically but if you haven't updated PokerTracker 4 for awhile there may be one or more database updates that you haven't yet had applied. I cannot say exactly how long it would take but the older the version you are updating from and the larger your database is then the more time it will take (disk speed is also a factor). You can confirm it's still running by looking at your PostgreSQL processes in task manager.

I was one or at most two updates behind, and I had to run a database update.

I wasn't prompted to update database, but I think either new PokerTracker update or some new update with Winamax ****ed up handhistories.

Some players are no longer recognized in the hand histories.

E.g. "Pokerplayer82" gets now imported under "Pok[random bizarro UTF-8 character]", even though player in question has not changed screen name. I can alias them together, but it's painful since it seems to be happening for quite a few opponents. Not all of them though. Hard to say what is the common factor between players getting imported incorrectly, cause most of them have just screennames without numbers or special characters.

Can you please send a sample of these hands to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option (on Windows):

If you're not sure which file it is you can just compress the hand histories from the entire day and attach them all.

Processed hands have incorrect player names, so this 99% Winamax problem, if PT4 keeps hand history files 1:1 after importing.

Impossible for me to see the suits and I cant tbh I cant tell the difference between the re for hearts and the black for spades I have really bad color differentiation

Also is it possible to add bet sizings and raise sizings to this report?



Ideally what I want is a stat that takes the value "1 big blind" every time someone specifically minbets (bets exactly 1bb) and I want the stat to output betsizing as a % of the pot everytime someone bets any amount >1bb. I know that's kinda complicated but is something like that even possible?

You can change those via 'Configure -> Themes'.
Yes that can be done with custom statistics. This guide covers the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide goes into more detail. The latter was written for PokerTracker 3 but the techniques all apply to PokerTracker 4, the interface is just slightly different.

Hello,
I submitted a ticket over 48h ago. I thought I would post here too as maybe there are more people who had a similar issue and can help me resolve it.

mouse over hud is not working for me. The hud doesn't recognize when i place the mouse over it. It doesn't show me any data like before I could see the frequencies of each stat and its name now nothing. Also what is the most painful opacity doesn't change so I need to play with the hud covering player info all the time.

this happened after update fixing end of the year problem. I also had a database update which went smooth. I use mac.

I did research about the problem but couldn't find anything I looked into all the different opacity options and played around with them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Ticket nr. Ticket #454871

How does the database define effective stack?

Also is it possible to hide fields in a report I'm just using to sort they are taking up valuable real estate!
