Not at this time although it's possible that WPN may make a change in a future client update that would allow us to add support.

Yes. All PokerStars clients around the world basically use the same software so you can refer to this guide.

assuming you do make a fix for the cash out hhs, will it be somehow possible to fix previous hands in a database to basically correct results?

I don't know for certain until the update is available with it's release notes but I'd expect that would require the purging and reimporting of those hands.

On some of my tables a Table Select thing will come up for some unknown reason and then removes my stats and I dno't know how to get rid of it. It gives an option to hide table select, but the stats dont come up. Is there a way to disable the feature?

I am not seeing other similar reports at this time so please open a Support Ticket with a log file that's recorded the problem:

hi i have problems setting filters to run hands report

i want do do this:

i want to select hands where efective stacks are between 40-100bb and EP RFI and hand went to showdown and is played vs CO,HJ or MP

i dont know why i cant set up hand to be EP vs CO,HJ or MP (doesnt matter if LP flat or 3bet and doesnt matter if hero is playing the hand or no)

i am doing this

and w/e i try i could not figure out how to do above filters

That isn't currently supported by PokerTracker 4 although it's possible that WPN may make a change in a future client update that would allow us to add a HUD on Blitz tables. If you want to be contacted should Blitz HUD support beome available in a future update then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

PT4 will not start up now, due to :

"Your disk drive is currently out of disk space" on windows 10...

I have tried uninstalling/deleting files to free up space and still it will not start upon reopening PT.

Please advise?

Please also note that PT4 does not distinguish between Omaha High only and Omaha 8 or better on WPN. It thinks everything is just omaha high, and as such the equities are all wrong

Currently having an issue on ACR where HUD will not work for random tables that it should ordinarily. I'll have 5 of the same stake up, for instance, and it will work on 3-4 out of 5. I stop/start getting hands with luck on some occasions, but on most - nothing. I've also stopped HUD, restart HUD etc. Any advice?

reproducing the problem is easy, just start up pt4.

If you are on a Windows machine select "Windows Start Menu -> All Programs -> PokerTracker 4 -> PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled)".

If you are on a Mac press/hold the Alt/Option key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging.

Once that's done please send us your log file in a Support Ticket:

--> C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log (Windows)

--> Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log (Mac)

Every time this program updates it will not work for me after. Its always some error message to do with postgresql. This time ive spent 2.5 hours trying, following the tutorials (which are very hard for me to understand) googling the error results. Ive deleted and reinstalled both programs. removed the postmaster.pid file and it just keeps telling me that it either can't connect to the server or its not configured properly. I dont touch any settings with this program all i do is the updates and it just breaks every damn time it updates, im so frustrated /rant

After you have started PokerTracker 4 with logging enabled then navigate to the folder with your log file using Windows File Explorer (or Finder on Mac OSX):

--> C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log (Windows)

--> Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log (Mac)

When you have located the log file send it to us via your web browser by opening a support ticket here.
