PokerTracker 4 will calculate the correct Net Adjusted Winnings based on the prize pool allocated by PokerStars for each Spin & Go so make sure that that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PokerTracker 4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars). See these guides for more details on adjusted results:

Guide: All-In Equity vs All-In EV

Guide: Net Adjusted Winnings

If you want to calculate things like your expected ROI in Spins then that requires the use of custom statistics which isn't available in the trial version.

Regarding the issue with all-in cashouts on Stars, I know the net won is not correct, but am I correct in assuming that hands are treated as if they were played out in full (and not cashed-out)? And if so, I assume that the all-in adjusted line is correct? That's the way it seems so far to me unless I'm missing something.

Yes that's correct.

There is no built-in filter for the position of callers however you can use a custom filter expression in 'My Reports' like this:

cash_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p LIKE '82' AND cash_hand_summary.str_actors_p LIKE '29'

See this post for more information on how the actors and aggressors strings work. You can use expression filters by clicking on the 'Filters' link and selecting 'Add New Expression Filters'. Substitute 'cash' with 'tourney' if you are in a tournament report.

Hi,

There is an issue with how PT4 treats multiway allins on WPN network with regards to EV.

Please see this example (stakes are 50/100):

And you can see where it shows up on the graph towards the end. It gives me 0EV for the hand as if I got in $13,690.67 drawing dead.

Would love if this could be fixed, skews the EV results quite a bit.

Thank you

In any hand like this where there was further action on another street after an all-in then PokerTracker 4 does not calculate adjusted equity as it introduces a bias in the results.

Isn't it clearly better to just use some relevant equity % rather than assigning it as 0% or 100% based on the hand result?

Also, here are some other examples of hands that also count as 0 or 100%: I don't see any reason why the first 3 hands should be tracked as they are.

1. No postflop action, still tracks as 0 or 100%

2. Same as 1

3. Same

4. This is a different case, but would still argue using something other than 0 or 100 would be better, especially for the player who IS all-in preflop (hero, in this case)

Attempting to calculate adjusted results when unknown but folded cards already called the all-in also introduce a bias into the results so PokerTracker 4 does not make these calculations in any situation where a player calls the all-in and later folds (even if it's on the same street).

You could say the same thing about any other hand with action from non-all-in players. For example:

In this hand, BTN calls the initial open, then folds. Unknown, folded cards *ALWAYS* affect the hand; not calculating EV in the specific circumstances in examples 1-3 above, but still calculating it in this hand below, is arbitrary, and should be fixed.

I am willing to die on this hill.

Hello,

I have this weird problem of stats not showing values for each position in my report.I am not even sure if it is showing correct numbers.

I first though it might be because of small sample size, then I realized it is same with all custom stats.

Like my 3bet NAI stat shows same number for all positions.

Thank you

I have discovered something interesting also.
If i set filters to this year(which is exactly same database) I see normal numbers now.

It seems like, when i set date filter to "all dates", it shows the avg number for the stat on all positions.

Is this a known bug atm or new bug? I didnt have this problem before..
I just deleted my old database and i remember upgrading my PT4... didnt change any other settings on my computer.

There is a known issue with cached custom stats displaying the same overall value in some positional reports. If you want to be linked to this issue in our system then you can open a Support Ticket quoting reference #5618.

So we can investigate further please enable logging, reproduce this problem by restoring the report to default and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket with a screenshot of your entire report window. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the 'PokerTracker4.log' file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window.

The Hud won't load until the first hand has completed and imported.
If you're not seeing it quickly after that has happened please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.

The development team are just finalizing exactly how to handle these hands, as it doesn't fit in exactly with how PokerTracker stores the data, so there may need to be a minor database change and I can't give you a definite timescale yet.
If you want a notification when the change is released please open a Support Ticket - this will also give you access to an early alpha version if one is made available before the public release.

Also note that on WPN, all CAP PLO pots import as 0 or 100% equity based on the result of the hand at showdown, regardless of the equity on the street where the pot was capped. It would be nice if this could be fixed.

All PokerStars clients use basically the same software so you can refer to the following guide:

PokerStars Configuration Guide

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so hand histories need to be saved in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) and the PokerStars client needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English).

Can you please send a sample of these hands to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

If you are on a Mac your processed hands are moved here instead:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Documents\PokerTracker\Processed

Not as far as I am aware however native support for downloaded Ignition hands has been added to PokerTracker 4 - see this guide.
