I am not saying that WPN do not write tournament information at all. Within the tournament files themselves WPN do not currently specify things like the buy-in & amount won therefore if you cash in an MTT there would be no way for PokerTracker 4 to know how much it cost you to enter and the amount you won so the tournament will import with zeroes in those fields and you will have to edit it manually.

Are you on Mac? If so the hands will be here instead:

Is there a way to fix this?
Are you using that as a preferred seat at every table? Have you set that preferred seat in PokerTracker 4?
Guide: Preferred Seating
Please bear in mind that the seat numbers in the new ACR client have changed so if you use a preferred seat then the settings may appear incorrect in PokerTracker 4 so you'd either need to adjust accordingly or manually reposition your HUD:
Guide: Positioning HUD Elements
If you manually reposition the HUD at the table you will need to click the PT-icon and choose 'Save Layout' so the new positions are remembered for future tables of the same size.

You can access your hands from many different reports but the easiest way to get a list of all your hands from different tournaments is to go to 'My Reports' and create a custom hand report:
Guide: Creating My Reports
Once there you can use the dropdown for tags or the show marked hands checkbox above the list of hands to filter for those you've tagged:
