There were no changes for Winamax in this update - please attach an example hand history file to a
Support Ticket so that we can take a look at this for you.

I tried uninstalling both the old and the new client but it didn't help. I know this is not on your end, but since the winning staff is absolutely useless/absent I will ask you, given that you had to deal with the new software, do you know how I could fix it?
Go to Game Info > View Hand History in the WPN lobby. In that window click the Options button and that will show you where your hand histories are being saved. Also make sure that 'Save Hand Histories' is enabled there.

I tried pointing PT to that folder, as well as just C/ACR/Handhistory, it just won't import anything or display the HUD at all.
Is this a possible Postgresql thing? I have 9.4 and I did get a little pop up about 9.3 only being supported. Didn't think it would cause this kinda issue but maybe?
I wouldn't expect your PostgreSQL version to affect that.
Have you updated to v4.15.12? Please make sure that it says v4.15.12 in the title bar of PT4, and if not go to the
PT4 Download Page to download the installer. Close down PT4 before you run the installer (or reboot your computer first) to make sure that it can update the necessary files.
