What part are you having problems with, exactly? Do you have the correct hand history folder configured, and are hand histories being saved there, for example?

Appreciate any assistance you can provide.
If you have changed your preferred seat setting in PT4 to match WPN then you will need to reposition the stats (Control-mouse-drag) to the correct seats and PT-icon > Save Layout (do this once for each table size, and separately for cash and tournaments).
The Hud only covers an area slightly larger than the table window as the bigger the visible area the more resources are needed. If you want to allow the stats to be visible further off the table you can extend that area - take a look at this post in our forum for how to do that.

FWIW I think new update is not recognizing properly Winamax cash game hands that have dead SB and/or BB posted due to incorrect pot size.

Thanks a lot for the update, but WPN (Im on Pokerking) doesnt save the HandHistories
I tried uninstalling both the old and the new client but it didn't help. I know this is not on your end, but since the winning staff is absolutely useless/absent I will ask you, given that you had to deal with the new software, do you know how I could fix it?

HHs are being saved to C/ACR/HandHistory/My username

I tried pointing PT to that folder, as well as just C/ACR/Handhistory, it just won't import anything or display the HUD at all.

Is this a possible Postgresql thing? I have 9.4 and I did get a little pop up about 9.3 only being supported. Didn't think it would cause this kinda issue but maybe?

There were no changes for Winamax in this update - please attach an example hand history file to a Support Ticket so that we can take a look at this for you.

Go to Game Info > View Hand History in the WPN lobby. In that window click the Options button and that will show you where your hand histories are being saved. Also make sure that 'Save Hand Histories' is enabled there.

I wouldn't expect your PostgreSQL version to affect that.
Have you updated to v4.15.12? Please make sure that it says v4.15.12 in the title bar of PT4, and if not go to the PT4 Download Page to download the installer. Close down PT4 before you run the installer (or reboot your computer first) to make sure that it can update the necessary files.

Hi, I'm using 4.15.12. Have the WPN configuration pointing to the folder where it's saving HHs - nothing. Tried rebooting, etc.

Thank you. I was able to move the stats around, now the mucked cards do not display over the correct V.

Also, how often do HH's skip? I was playing at a 5NL table just now, won an AIPF about 15 hands into the session and that hand is not in the imported file.

Hello.

I understand why by default the HUD shows session stats for the hero, but is there any way to show all time stats for the hero instead?

Thanks!

So we can find out what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket:

You can move and configure the mucked cards display in the same way as the HUD so if they are not displaying on the correct seats you can click the PT-icon and select 'Configure Mucked Cards'. After moving them don't forget to save the new positions by clicking the PT-icon again and choosing 'Save Layout'.

Hands shouldn't be skipped. If the hand literally doesn't exist in the HH file then that's a WPN issue but if it's in the file and not importing then send that hand history file to us in a Support Ticket.

There is no option for that on live tables so if you want to see your lifetime stats you can do so in your PokerTracker 4 reports or load up any hand in the replayer and turn on 'Show Hero Lifetime Stats' via the 'Options' button.

Hi.

So my HD crashed do to malware. So I get a new SSD and re downloaded PT4. I luckily was able to access my old HD, so my question is there a way to transfer my old hand histories to the PT4 on the new drive to track my stats?

I played on Ignition, so that folder was empty.

I was combing through the PT4 files on my old HD and couldn't find anything to import to the PT4 on my new HD.

Any way to do this? Thanks.

Need some kind of workaround for entering tournament results on sites which do not supply HHs. Most (USA facing) sites seem to be heading in this direction.

Seems silly that I need to use an excel sheet in conjunction with pt4 considering how powerful it is.

Even just say a manually created tournament summary import would be helpful.

By default PokerTracker 4 moves processed hand history files to this location:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

Guide: Processed Files

You can use 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' to import those files to a new database. Depending on the number of hands you have this import may take some time and you cannot import manually and use PokerTracker 4 on live tables at the same time. If required you can break the import up into smaller chunks/folders and build up the database gradually.

That's a known issue with these types of hands on the new WPN software and it will be resolved in the next update. You can also open a Support Ticket to be notified when that is available.

There isn't an automated method for this but you can create a complete hand history in the format of one of our supported sites in order to be able to import it into PokerTracker 4. The easiest way to do that would be to export an existing hand (select a hand then right-click -> Export Hand History) from PokerTracker 4 and then you can edit it to suit your needs (date, screenname) before importing the edited file back into PokerTracker 4 (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk). You will also need to edit the hand history number so it doesn't get rejected as a duplicate hand when you import it and it would be a good idea to also change the tournament number so it's unique.

I play on PPPoker which is technically "play chips" but my games are in AUD (not USD). Can I change the currency of my games so that let's say I'm playing on 0.5/1, it would treat it as 0.5/1 AUD and not 0.5/1 USD. If the currency is detected as USD, it will change and inflate my winnings and show an inaccurate result. So can I manually change or decide the currency of my hands?

Can you please send us a sample of these AUD hands to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your \PokerTracker 4\Processed folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' menu option.

With the new ACR update my hands are being transferred into the database and are being read in as they happen during play but my HUD is not displaying at all. Any idea why this would be happening?

I don't know why that would be the case for you so can you please have PokerTracker 4 record this issue in a log file and then send it to us in a Support Ticket so we can find out what's causing that:

Thanks for the continued support!

Is there a way to set the active player to "Everyone but hero"?

Wanna get a sense of population tendencies by observing aggregate stats for all of hero's opponents, can this be done?

If you go to 'My Reports -> New Report' and create an 'All Players Report' you can see data from all players combined. Remove the 'Player' stat from the report (double click on it under 'Report Stats') to see the data from all players combined and not broken down into rows for individual players. You can then add the stats you want to the report by double clicking the ones you want under 'Available Stats'. Additionally if you add the following filter: NOT(Player is Hero) you'll see the data from villains only without your own stats mixed in.

Microgaming has recently changed their policies regarding hand histories and you can now request all hand histories you have been dealt into. Pokertracker corrently does not import cash game hands from microgaming though. Can you please enable this feature again?

Could you also please make it possible to display a HUD?

(playing on ACR) Pre update, under the Get hands while playing/view today's hands used to have hands that won money highlighted green, losing hands in red, neither in regular/base screen in real time, with the totals on the bottom of the screen the same. if you were up, the numbers would be in green, likewise red if you were down. What happened to that?
