I did the math and a run like this has a likelihood of 1 in >400 BILLIONS (lol)
I checked same HHs + same filters on HM2 and I got same exact absurd results. Is there something that I am missing? How could you guys possibly have the same bug on a specific filter?
I asked HM2 support as well and they think the calculations on the HM2 side are correct.
But they can't be. We are talking 10 sigma from the mean.
Can you please send this information to us in a
Support Ticket with your hand history files - you can create a
custom hand report, export the hands from there by selecting them all and then right-clicking -> Export Hand Histories. There is a 10MB limit on file size for attachments so if your export is larger than that you can
zip/compress the file(s) and that should make it small enough to attach.

You can manually download hand history files from the Ignition client to your computer and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk but I don't know if hands played on mobile devices appear there:

Other times the computer runs smooth and I'm afraid that it might be connected with PT4 since this has happened in few previous sessions I played and today I got this error message. I would really appreciate any suggestions, maybe it is possible to set up a session with an assistant. Thank you.
Locate and delete the postmaster.pid file if it is present (not "postmaster.opts" which may be there too). You can find that file in C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.3\data\ although you may have a different PostgreSQL version (e.g. 8.4, 9.0) or have it installed in C:\Program Files (x86). Once it's deleted, reboot and try starting PokerTracker 4 again.
