I didn't really have time to wait 2-3 days for DB conversion and play without PT4.
Unfortunately cancelling this database change while it's in progress would leave the database in a bad state until it's run again to completion.

It says estimated time left is about 4942 hours. The progress bar hasn't gained what would even seem 1%. Should probably look for an alternative way to do this; probably rebuilding DB?
Switching currency requires the changing of 'My C Won' for every player/hand in your database and the database cache also needs to be rebuilt when the currency is changed so this will take some considerable time especially if you have a large database and it's not on an SSD but if it doesn't seem to be progressing at all (check PostgreSQL usage in task manager) then please report that to us:
Tutorial: Reporting A Problem
In the meantime I suggest starting a new database and reimporting some of your newest hand histories so you can continue using PokerTracker 4 at the tables.

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to is in a
Support Ticket so we can investigate that for you. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Can you please reboot your computer, press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging and then attach the following file to a
Support Ticket if PokerTracker 4 doesn't start:
--> /Users/{Mac Login}/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4/Logs/PokerTracker4.log
