The site seems to be giving internal server error when trying to create a support ticket - both as guest and when signed in.

Any alternative way to send a ticket?

For the love of all that is holy, could you please please please look at fixing the functionality of the button on the HUD that controls the hand history viewer and allows you to tag hands. It should not disappear every time action on any of Hero's tables comes to Hero. This is a constant source of immense aggravation to me when I'm using the software. I'm about ready to email my congressman about it.

My HUD's not working for limit hold em tables. It was before, now it just shows the hero's stats. It still works for NL. I'm on Winning Poker Network.

Any ideas?

I previously installed a trial version of PT4 but stopped using for a while. During this period I deleted the database as got security warnings. I have now purchase PT4 but I'm getting a lot of errors when trying to run as it can't find the database. I have tried creating a new one but not sure if I'm doing it right. Could you help or give me links to guides to resolve this? Thanks

You can download rakeback statistics to use in your reports/graphs from our Download Warehouse.*What statistic you need depends on what type of rakeback deal you have - take a look at the rakeback statistics and see which is closest to your deal. You can tweak the values if the calculations don't match exactly. To view rakeback in your graphs take a look at the tutorial video on the Graphs page (the green "?" icon).

If you are on a Mac then you can hold the alt/option key when starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging. You can also enable logging on Windows or Mac by going to "Configure -> Options", selecting "Logging Enabled" and restarting PokerTracker 4.

Hey, my hud seems to crash lately when playing on ACR. All my tables are freezing (not only on acr) and I cant click anything before I stop auto import and 30 seconds or something pass. Is that a known issues with a fix or should I send in my logs?

On the ACR Client my "Total Rake" is showing as lower than the My C Rake Attrib stat in PT4. Is there there a reason for that or is it not able to be calculated perfectly?

Please take a screenshot and attach that to a Support Ticket so we can see exactly what is going on. Get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.

When I reproduced the problem, my pokerstars.log was bigger than 10mb so couldnt submit it through your support system. Just restarted and uploaded that one now, not sure that will do anything good though.

What is the stat called for a delayed continuation bet on the turn?
i.e. on the flop preflop raiser checks, vilian checks, pf raiser bets turn

this should be different then a turn donk bet

The stat is called 'Delayed (Turn) CBet' so if you are searching with 'Turn Delayed CBet' you won't get any results. You can also use partial search terms e.g. just use 'Delay' and you should see it along with other similar stats you might want to use.

After being a HM2 customer for several years,I just recently(2weaks) started using PT4 because of the lack of HM2 for spins & custom stats,however I find it a bit difficult to start with.
Just wondering if there is any video that explain PT4 from scratch for new users?
(something like Ben Hayles videos for HM2)

I use a converter for the Chico network, sometimes my HUD only shows some of the players for 9max tables, it works for 6max tho?

Also, If I am playing HU on a 6max table and then more players join, it switches from my HU HUD to the 6max one but it only shows 2 players until i restart the HUD?
