Is there some way to export weighted ranges from the range explorer? It would a nice thing to have for easy import into piosolver.

This can happen if the table names change, but I'm not seeing a change in my Party client - can you tell us which Party country skin you play at? (e.g. .com, .uk, .fr, etc)

Am I just not seeing it, or is there no way to set a filter so that if there are X # of players at the table, only HUD stats from hands with Y-to-Z # of players are shown?

(For example, 6 players maybe we would want to only show stats from hands where 5-8 players were in the hand, 2 players only HU stats shown, 3 players stats from 3-4 handed, etc.)

Hi! I'm thinking of buying PT4 but my concern is that Progressive bounty tournaments aren't supported? I've read that there has been some issues with this and you have to fix it manually in order for it to be correct, is this still the case? Also, if this has been fixed, will old tournament results be imported correctly?

You can find the "Number of Players Filtered" option in "HUD -> Edit HUD Options".

That is still the case and to fully support progressive bounties requires a significant change to the database structure. If you would like to be automatically notified when an update on this is available you can open a support ticket.

Hello, my PT4 is no matter your hands properly and the HUD with the stats does not appear in tables. In the Error tab shows the message:

"Error: PokerStars: Unable to import hand (#160625953375). Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: COPY tourney_hand_player_statistics FROM STDIN;; Reason: Error: (ERROR: could not read block 0 of relation base/149348/149987: read only 0 of 8192 bytes CONTEXT: COPY tourney_hand_player_statistics..."

How can I fix this problem?

Im having a minor issue where my HUD sometimes disappears on random tables for a few hands at a time, or more sometimes. I could use more RAM, but also Im guessing its because my database might be getting to large. Its sitting at about 20gb right now. If I purge hands from my database, will it remove the basic hand statistics in my HUD along with the .txt files? The files used to review hand history, I could delete alot of those, but I would like to keep the hand stats, if that makes sense.

What site do you play at, and cash or tournaments?
Does it happen at any particular time? (e.g. if you're moved to a new table in a tournament, etc)

Purging will remove the hands and any data associated with those hands from the database. The .txt files are not part of the database size; once the hand are imported the txt files are no longer used (although you'd need them if you ever need to re-import).

Its been happening while playing tournaments on Pokerstars.

I would say the more tables I have the more often it will occur. It feels like some kind of bottleneck. The HUD doesn't completely freeze, but as 1-2 tables will suddenly be HUDless, others might take 1-2-3+ hands before updating the HUD stats.

The problem seems to occur most when Im moved tables(although it happens in-between hands at the same table, too), and Ive noticed it more than ever when I get moved to a final table. I use the hyper simple theme with the built in final table background. My temporary fix so far has been leaving the table and re-seating myself.

PT4 no longer importing results correctly in ipoker twisters. Doesn't seem to be able to get the multiplier correct so $ results are all off. Only started today v4.14.21.

I have a donkish question. I´ve been playing HU and I need to delete a small HUD where is the note editor. I just use the note editor mainly in this format to color players. Now I have to delete the HUD where the note editor is, I don´t need it. What will happen? Am I going to lose all color labeling that I have from all players in the moment I delete this small HUD or i´ll have to keep it now?

It sounds like it might be that one of your import folders are not cleared out and/or you've set a high-level import folder by mistake like my documents. Things like that can cause a delay on importing that could cause a delay on the HUD appearing as the HUD only appears once the hands are imported, but if it's stuck trying to import a load of files, it might take a few hands to get to that.

Please go to configure > sites & Import and check all the paths set for each site. Then visit that path and see if there are a bunch of files in that folder or the subfolders.

The other things might be the RAM and database size; it might be lagging with the large database size and a small amount of RAM. How much ram have you got and are you running other programs at the same time?

No, currently it is not working on Mac. It does work on windows once it's installed in English and you follow the steps including the correct order to load the applications.

No this will not affect any color coding you have set. The only thing you will lose is the HUD your deleting. Once you added the note editor to any other HUD it will function as normal

Im having a problem with my hud and importing hands on pokerstars.

Everything seems to be working fine on party poker but on stars my hud will pop up but it's not over the correct seats. It shows that I have 2 or 3 hands on some players but it has only imported 1 hand so far as my graph shows. It does seem to be finding my active tables.

As far as I'm aware have have selected the correct folder and have hand histories saved on stars and have downloaded the latest PT4 update

Any tips on how to fix this?

Nevermind, I did have the wrong import folder selected
