When I back up my DB does it also backup my player notes? If not how do I do that?

Yes. Notes are stored in the database and are included in a database backup. You can also backup notes separately at anytime by exporting them via "Database -> Notes" although that is only for manually entered player/hand notes and not notes created via NoteTracker.

Hi, my PokerTracker 4 HUD does not work on Coral Poker (iPoker) speed tables, even though it works on the normal tables. I currently have the Poker Tracker v4.14.11 version and I have the Coral Poker 16.6.6.1 version.

Can you please help me?

Ipoker introduced a bug in 16.6 which changes the identifying number every single hand and does not match the number in the XML files so we have no way of matching them up.

The only solution we had would be to make it work on only 1 table while we wait for a fix but releasing that would break everyone's HUD using 16.5 which was working fine.

After consulting with Ipoker who acknowledged the issue they are pushing out a new release 16.9 which will be rolling out very soon (or could be rolled out already on some sites) and this will resolve the issue. Once that is updated you will not require a PT update, it should just work automatically on 16.9

Hud isn't working for Carbon poker, They just had an update so that may be the reason

Are the hands importing? If not please send us the hand history sample via our support system so we can investigate further.

If the hand histories are showing up in the import folder but PT4 isn't importing them, please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see if the update broke it or if it is another problem

why are some stats coloured with ranges and some white? I have edited colour ranges for every stat

A maximum of three color conditions are used when coloring HUD stats for PokerStars and this change was made so PokerTracker 4 complies with the new rules on PokerStars. For PokerStars what you would need to do is set just two color conditions under "Color Ranges" and the third color will be the default color for the stat. This is the one set to Foreground for the stat in the HUD Profile Editor - you can change it there to whatever color you would like. The 3 color limit is per stat and not overall so, for example, you can use red/blue/green for VPIP and yellow/purple/pink for PFR e.t.c.

In the HUD Profile editor you can have different HUD groups and set them as required under "Group Properties" to display for "Hero Only" or "Everyone But Hero".

Ah ok makes sense. If I want for example vpip Range to be 1-20 red, 21-30 yellow and anything above green just make the stat green as default?

If this were a network-wide problem, we would have tons of reports. Looking here and on the forums and inboxes, there are no other reports Most likely this is a user configuration or other similar issue.

Are the hands importing? If not, please send us the hand history sample via our support system so we can investigate further.

If your issue is with Zoom only make sure you are following the Zoom setup guide, the sequence of opening the applications is also important and the guide also explains that.

If i don't show session only notes, the note tracker will just accumulate notes for all previous anonymous player.

Hey, is there a way to change or save the standard replayer window size?

Everytime I open the replayer on an UHD monitor, its size is too small to see anything - and after resizing - the HUD position is reset and overlapping stacksizes + bets.

Not at this time. If you would like to be automatically notified if this functionality is added in a future update then you can open a Support Ticket and quote reference #5401.

Please ensure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 as there has been some updates recently with regards to HUD scaling on higher resolution monitors:

You can also see if the trouble is being exacerbated by the "Allow Vector Scaling" option here. What that option does is to dynamically resize things relative to the table sizes so it might be that if it's too big for you now vector scaling may actually need to be turned off. To enable that change click "Apply" and "OK" to save any changes and then restart PokerTracker 4.

Does the Overall Luck Bellcurve take into all hands or just hands at showdown?

This includes all hands where you had a draw and saw the next street. For a set, you can have a draw preflop if you have a pocket pair, for straights and flushes you have to at least see the flop before you'll have a draw. So no, it does not need to see a showdown, just to see the next street(s) after you have a draw.

Playing on Ignition and I want to be able to combine player 4_XXXXXX with player 5_XXXXX in my data base to look at, is this possible?

my computer is getting ole i want to upgrade computers is there anyway to transfer the registry onto a new computer and get my ole db off to that new computer or will i have to buy another licence? i have two used up on one old laptop and my ole desktop,

Can I split my HUD in 2? On some sites my HUD is a bit big so I would like to have half the stats above and half below the players.

You can combine players in your reports by using an alias:

You do not need to purchase another license. The PokerTracker license always grants simultaneous use on two different machines and you always get to pick which two, even if it's not the same two you started with.

To register PokerTracker 4 on a new computer you will need to use the same PokerTracker 4 registration code that was initially provided to you and is located directly on the PokerTracker website under My Account -> Registration Codes.

To get things transferred from one machine to another you can use the backup/restore functions in PokerTracker 4:
